Stadium Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I used to come to this establishment when it was Bills Take Out decades ago. I hung out with the owner Chuck, manager Lee and Eric and even Greg Kepko...helped him build the bar too. I loved hanging out here, great food and great staff.

Until last night. I went to pick up a pack of Guinness and Schoferhoffers Grapefruit Ale, (which they did not have), so I just got the Guinness. The manager there seemed more intent on loudly announcing that the waitress needed to be "kept an eye on" while she took her smoke break rather than excersizing proper customer service. As I approached the counter, he didn't even look at me when he told me the price of the beer. I placed a $20 on the counter to look up and find him standing there with his hand out. I let him know that the money was on the counter, to no reply. Again, I said "the money's right there", no reply. So I said "oh, I guess you want me to put the money in your hand", so I actually picked up to $20 and put it in his hand for him. Without even looking me in the eye, he mumbles "common courtesy, man"….. really, are you kidding me? The audacity, how dare he attempt to "teach me" his ideals and "manners"! Common courtesy? Never have I experienced such disrespect during a transaction. I'm not really sure what his problem was that day, but it is simply unacceptable for him to take it out on his customers. I have worked in retail for over 25 years and worked registers since I was a teenager...common courtesy is treating your customers with respect. I really should have taken my money back and left the store.

Not only will I never patronize this establishment again, I highly recommend others to avoid spending your money there, lest you hand it to someone improperly.

went here about a month ago and had a very weird experience. i went there to support my brother in his pool game for his team me and my girlfriend decided to get some food and drinks. one of the bar lady came up to me, my brother and my girlfriend and asked us for ID she look at all of us 3 times and said okay ( very suspiciously). so we go on and sit down than a manager very rudely comes up to our booth and says we have verify your id. when we asked why what is the problem, she says i just need to see, as she continues to see she says to me and my brother that we have duplicates and that she needs to see another form. we didn't understand why when should could've just grab our id and scan it. all I'm saying is if you're a young man/woman bring your birth certificate as...

If you want to get ripped off with getting drinks with no alcohol in them then this is the perfect place for you! My friends and I wanted to change it up by trying out a new bar instead of going to the same bar in our town we always go to. First impressions of the place were very nice and you could smoke inside which was an added plus..HOWEVER we each had about 6 mixed drinks we basically paid for a glass of cranberry juice (was better off paying for applebee’s awful watered down drinks.) Watching the bartenders make our drinks was pathetic and disgusting. I will NEVER step foot anywhere near this place ever again and hope any of you will not waste your money on this place.
