I have been a loyal customer of Great Clips since 2017 and have always appreciated their consistent service. However, my recent experience at this salon was extremely disappointing.
During my visit, I encountered a stylist named Laura who was rude and unprofessional from the moment I sat in her chair. She disregarded my instructions for the haircut I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair in a manner that did not match what I had asked for.
To make matters worse, Laura began yelling at me loudly during the appointment, which was completely uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable.
The haircut itself turned out to be a mess. It was evident that Laura was not paying attention to detail, resulting in a style that was far from what I usually receive at Great Clips.
As someone who values good customer service, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. I hope that Great Clips addresses these issues seriously to maintain the reputation they have built over the years.

Read moreI've been going to a couple Great Clips stores for the last couple of years and this is by far the worst one I've been to. I visited this Great Clips a couple of days ago and was not happy at all with the results. I came in with the idea of wanting my hair "tightened up" while maintaining the style of my hair. However, this was not the case.
I dealt with the hair stylist named Laura, and she was friendly at first. However after the initial small talk with what I wanted done with my hair, she became rude and demanding me not to move my head at all. She then went and chopped most of the side of my hair off while pushing my head down and holding it firmly because she told me to "stop moving my head", even though I wasn't.
When it came to me asking her to keep the front of my hair, she proceeded to cut me off mid sentence and said "I know what I'm doing". She then proceeded to chop all the front off and ruining the style of my hair.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with this Great Clips store. I will never be coming back to this one and I recommend nobody else comes...
Read moreI visited your location on March 30th arriving at 9:40am (store opening at 10am) there was already a gentlemen waiting. Another gentleman was behind me waiting for the store to open. At 9:50 am a women came up and asked what time the store opened. She then made a call inside the store. When they open the door her name was already on the monitor and was told by the employee let the lady through she is first when in fact she was 4th in line. I take it the corporate policy not to sign in on line till 5 minutes after the store opens is the reason for this. I will not be returning since my time and patronidge does not matter and I am not on the friends and family plan I had been gong every 3 weeks for years.
