Originally thought this was a reasonably priced and easy to work with computer repairman— I regret to inform you I was I deceived. After taking my laptop to him for a motherboard replacement, several issues arose including extremely hot PC temperatures and failing components, most notably the GPU and laptop display which started failing just one month after receiving my laptop back from them. They promised me that they would either reimburse me or fix any issues that resulted from the repair because he “wasnt sure if he used the correct coolant”. Now he is doubling back on what he said, claiming the failing components have nothing to do with his repair and is both refusing to fix the components or reimburse me for the 600 dollars I paid him to fix it right the first time. Do yourself a favor and take your PC elsewhere, he is not a computer expert nor is he an honest...

Anthony (the owner) was extremely friendly, and after determining that he didn't need to actually do anything to fix my computer after his initial assessment, he didn't charge me. It's rare nowadays to get such a knowledgeable and professional opinion for free. I cannot stop telling absolutely everyone I know in the area about how AWESOME he was. Without an ounce of hesitation, ANYONE that is even near Bristol that has computer problems HAS to go to him. (For the record, I was told by Geek Squad that it would cost $100 to move all my data from the old computer to a new one. Anthony was HALF that.)
