I wouldn't normally leave a review like this for a small business. This was my first time there, and I went on a recommendation. I had a 4:30 appointment, but nobody was available when I arrived. About 30 minutes later someone started working on my nails. She was very rough with the grinder and zapped my cuticle painfully several times. The edges of the fill were left rough and sloppy.

I wanted this done in gel, but that wasn't offered. They just kept pointing at one wall of colors. The base coat was very light and needed more than two coats for coverage. She quit after two coats and walked away when I pointed out that I could still see my nail through it and there were bubbles in it. The edges were sloppy.

Then I sat there for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for the person I had the appointment with to take over, but she was busy because they kept taking in new people.

Eventually she got started, but I had to point out the areas that looked sloppy. I've never had to do this before, and I don't like criticizing people's work or having to clarify that they're going to finish this the way I want. I had to ask her to add another layer of base coat, and I shouldn't have had to do that. You could clearly see my nail through it. Then she wanted me to move to another desk, which is fine, but my nails were wet and she said to leave my purse at the other desk. A few minutes later there was a guy sitting at that desk next to my open purse. and the desk she moved me to had someone else's skin trimmings and nail dust all over it. It was so dirty.

I had a very specific picture of what I wanted, and it wasn't anything hard to replicate. But when she did the first nail, it didn't look at all like what I wanted. I tried to explain that politely and pointed to the picture. She wiped it off hurriedly and kind of rudely, probably because she kept telling people to wait for her and they were getting upset because it was taking so long. Then she rushed through the rest of it. honestly, I was so done at that point I just wanted out of there. by the time I got in my car it was 7:30! I was there for 3 hours. My hands are nicked where she did a sloppy trim job. It doesn't look like what I wanted and just sloppy sloppy sloppy.

When I say never again, what I really mean is I wish I could go back in time and just walk out. $80 down the drain. I guarantee these are going to start chipping because they didn't polish the edges or the ends and didn't use gel, and I'm going to have to get it done again at a good salon. What a...

I used to really love this place. However, the prices are over the top for the service that you get and Kathy the owner she has a great personality very friendly however she’s always rushing. She’s always rushing. You can make an appointment with her her and best believe she’s gonna do you and probably three other people at the same time really no point of making an appointment because you don’t get seen on time, and when you do get seen, she’s always in a rush. I don’t know what happened. Maybe some people quit but the quality of work is not the same. It’s just not. When you’re paying anywhere between 120 and $150 to get a full set a pedicure and eyebrows and then on top of it, she requires everybody to tip tipping should be an option. It should not be a requirement, I shouldn’t have to tip the person that did my nails and then tip the person that did my feet. I feel like tipping is based on service and when you’re being rushed and your nails, and feet don’t come out the way you want them to come out because she has too many customers and not enough people working there to fill the need it’s just the truth. I go there regularly but that’s gonna stop. I don’t want to be rushed and I don’t wanna have to wait a hour and a half hour or a hour and 45 minutes when I have an appointment at 11, but I’m not getting seen until 1pm I never leave bad reviews on any places that I go however, I’m very disappointed in what’s happening at my nail salon time to...

Honestly don’t waste your time here. I got these nails done a couple days ago and my big toe already chopped off mind you the reason why I got another set is because my last three nails popped off in less than a week which is ridiculous considering that this is GELLL. and I went back and they were nice enough to fix it but two days after I went to get another set again the next week because they kept popping off and they were too weak when I got my nails done this time this guy did it for me, which he was very nice, but then I noticed the big toe acrylic looks off, it looked very thin and I knew it was going to chip off but for some reason, the lady two chairs next to me who wasn’t even doing my nails, decided to jump in and told me that it it looks fine and that it’s not gonna chip off Mind you this lady isn’t even doing my nails and on top of that when he did the nail polish, it looked very thin so I asked to do another coat which he did cause he was very very nice and the lady again next to me told me it looked fine, but I don’t know why she’s talking because she’s not the one Doing my nails?!?!?!? and every time I come here I pay 55 for gell and I always tip $10 to 15 so I’m wasting $60 just for my nails to chip off less than a week??.
