Bought 9 pound hammer & it was falsely advertised. Idk whos testing their stuff but they need to fire them. I got home opened my porch & rolled sticks & seeds had no smell no taste. No effect. Emailed them to resolve. So I didn't have to give a bad review. They didn't care enough to respond. So here I am letting yall know. Yall might wanna take that staple off the bag & smell & look at your product before you leave. Hopefully I get an email to resolve this soon cause I gave them one hundred & 20 bucks for free & I feel hustled

7 MONTH LATER UPDATE..... I finally decided to give them another chance today. I went to get the NYC Diesel. & I wanted to say SHUT IT DOWN GUYS!!! I dont know how you guys survived this long honestly. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DIESEL about this product. If you customers want a way better quality for a way better price then this place & a way better high. go to green heart cannabis. if your a beginner then in good health is perfect for you. But if your NOT I can guarantee you. The weakest cheapest strain from green heart equals up to the highest quality that in good health could provide . I have no affiliations with green heart. I just hate to see my fellow smokers get played. If yall dont believe me go buy something from both places with the same thc% & see for yourself i guarantee you'll feel insulted at what this place has been selling yall for these prices. Get it together in good health & get everything labeled Diesel off your shelf.. this is false advertising at its highest.. sheesh.. dont worry there won't be another update i dont think I'd come back for free stuff. I haven’t been inside this dispensary in a very long time. The changes inside are nice. It’s very welcoming in appearance. The person at the door buzzing people in was friendly and kind. They have a nice variety of flower for recreational use. The prices and variety are nice however the menus inside are awful. And a big part of why I’m giving the dispensary 3 stars instead of 4. If I didn’t look online beforehand I would not have had an idea of what the menu is. Inside they have a galaxy background on the digital menu which is dark overcrowded and impossible to read. The budtender was kind and gave me a tablet to view the menu but I imagine this slows the purchasing process during crowded times because it’s difficult to read the screens on the wall therefore you HAVE to wait til you get to the register. There were 3 bud tenders inside one was complaining about everything behind the register to include employees who were t even on shift, honestly she was a drag in an environment that was chill. Lastly I think they have the best bagging process of any local dispensary. I will return again to see if I can update...

First time going to this location. After a short wait I went up to the register. I greeted him with a hello. He just held out his hand I’m assuming for my ID because he still didn’t use words yet. I told him I had a few questions and needed suggestions. All he said was “Everything is good”. I tried asking another question but he wasn’t even looking at me and was joining in someone else’s conversation. I just picked the first thing I saw and I told him that was it. Again not even looking at me or paying attention. I repeated myself. Same reaction. So I stood there for about 90 seconds. He then looked over at me and asked if that was it. I said yes and I had said that twice. He didn’t apologize or seem to care. Just gave me the total. I was prepared to buy about $300 worth of products. But walked out with only $60. All the other workers were engaging with their customers. Don’t understand why he had such a bad attitude. I have never been treated like that before. I was just in shock so I left without saying anything else. I seriously doubt I will ever...
