Update: New staff over the last 6 months! Not sure if there’s a new manager or if the location got multiple complaints - but the drinks have gotten significantly better. Once in a blue moon I’ll get one that’s not made well, but that happens. Super friendly staff once again! The online app isn’t always turned on, there’s been mornings when we want to order ahead and they don’t give you the option to do so, or have all breakfast items listed as unavailable, which isn’t ideal when you’re rushing but I had to come on and say that there’s been lots of improvement over all :)
Old review: (3 stars) This location has been one of my favorites since I moved to the area a few years ago. My coffees, the two or three that I always order on repeat, have always been made perfectly - until recently. Not sure what changed this summer but I’ve had to return multiple drinks back and even though for the most part they are kind and make me a new drink - It always tastes horrible. Once I returned the same drink three times and I’m not the type to do so easily, I hate returning orders it’s very awkward for me. So today after yet another order was “remade” and returned to me and still tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to, I’ve decided to drive further away to a different location from now on. Read moreI travel for work and generally like Starbucks because I can hook up my laptop and other electronics while I work in strange cities. However, even though there were only 6 people or so in the store, it was so noisy from employees running all the machines that I had to go sit in my car to make phone calls because people couldn't hear me, even though I was using a Bluetooth earpiece. Starbucks should consider adding some noise-absorbing accessories like carpet, seat cushions, drapes, etc. Yes, I realize fabric and soft surfaces are more work and expense to keep clean, but tell me, is the business about the company saving a little bit of money (and alienating possible repeat customers), or about making the Starbucks experience pleasant enough for the customer to keep them coming back? All those hard interior surfaces make for a cachophonous atmosphere that is annoying enough to chase people out. I would have stayed all afternoon (and spent money), had I been able to work in there. Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would. Took them almost an hour to complete my mobile order, I watched other people walk in well after me receive their order and leave. When I said something I was very rudely told “it’s coming” the girl asked me what me order was I told her, she made my macchiato wrong and when I told her it was wrong she tried to tell me “it’s a macchiato” I managed Dunkin for 8 years I know what a macchiato is. When I asked for a manager suddenly 2 out of my 5 drinks showed up. Still took the manager almost 10 mins to come see what I wanted then when I told her “I have been standing here waiting for 45 mins for my order” she said “ok and what do you want me to do?” Ummmm MANAGE your crew, make sure orders are being completed together and make my drinks properly.
