Worst experience ever!!!!! Problem 1....games that I purchased with Xbox 360 bundle weren't in the cases when I got home so I had to return the store. The guy realized his mistake and gave me the copies. Problem 2.... After returning home with the games I soon found out that the power cord to the xbox 360 was the wrong one. Had to go up there again. Before I left my house I called the store and explained what happened and the guy told me to just bring the cord and they would swap it out. Problem 3... When I get there are NO cords in stock and I had to completely swap out units. So another trip home and back! Problem 4.....I swap out units to only find out later at home that the unit didn't work. This was a horrible first time at this store!!! What really sucks about this is the fact that gas is 3.30 a gallon and I'm 5 miles away from the store. I also purchased the rewards card and a new game which I couldn't return so I just lost money. I hate this place!! Rip...
Read moreI called this location to verify they had a PS4 memory drive because I was at Walmart at the time which they were out. After spending roughly 7 minutes on the phone the associate finally get the information I need. He said they had what I was looking for. I even asked before ending the call to very I heard him right, he said this location did. I drive over there and then boom they don’t have any. The associated that I talked to on phone said “oh I thought you were going to another location so I told you they had it”. Not sure why they associated believed I was going to another location since I called their number and never mention anything about that. I believe he spent so long trying to find out what he was doing on the computer that he was just trying to get me off...
Read moreWalked in store...3 guys behind counter talking to each other insessantly, didn't greet us, ask what we were looking for, etc. I waited for them to notice me starting at them to ask a question but they kept taking to each other. I finally just interrupred them and asked a question about OLED, one guy answered me correctly and went right back to talking to the other 2. I asked about purchasing the Pokemon OLED switch and was told I had to become a pro member to buy it. I interrupted them again by asking what that was... they answered and then they went back to talking to each other. Called another Game Stop and went there... we were treated well, was sold the the same console without being told i had v to become a member of anything and got it at a cheaper...
