Last Halloween they had a special running and they closed early. We had 15 minutes to eat. They were out of straws and they wouldn't cook any more food. Every was pretty gross looking. I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt because it was the end of the night for them (8 o'clock). This time I went with my family again and had none of my expectations met. Online it said you can have their new wings with your buffet, and this location refused to make it for me. They said I would have to purchase them separately at the front. I wanted stuffed crust, and the first lady I asked said that it was already on the buffet (she didn't know what she was talking about. It was deep dish not stuffed.) The next person said they weren't making stuffed crust today only deep dish to "change things up". So I decided to put an order in for a custom pizza and it says on the ticket that they will charge you for each additional topping....so I gave that up too and had old looking pizza on the buffet. Horrible experience. My kids were fine with it. I just didn't have a good time. I think they are cutting cost on everything. The Alfredo used to be amazing and now it sucks. Not enough...

We took our 3 kids to cicis pizza for the 1st time on Friday 3/28 the pizza was delicious my kids devoured every bite. Here’s my complaint- my 5 year old daughter had to go potty so at 5:15 we enter the woman’s stall there’s 2 stalls but one of them is locked with nobody inside, maybe it was out of order, the other stall is being utilized by an employee talking on her phone, we wait out in the hallway for 10 minutes and she’s still not done.. at this point my 5 year old is about to pee her pants, I head back to the table to tell my husband that there’s an employee on her phone hogging up the only toilet available that I’m not sure what to do.. my husband comes with us to wait in the hallway.. finally at 5:35 the employee finally comes out of the stall she was talking on her phone the entire time. My daughter is almost in tears at this point.. 20 minutes of talking on the phone in the only stall available is ridiculous and maybe cicis needs an employee bathroom. If the owner or management happen to see this review check the cameras and you will see us waiting out in the hallway...

Typically we go when we don’t want to order Hungry Howies (if you haven’t tried them, please do- they are delicious!), their pizza is just okay- mostly grease but it’s fun for kids. This particular visit I wanted only water- unbeknownst to me the water in BA still tastes terrible, I live in Tulsa and it’s fine there, but no one told me anything. I opted for blue Powerade and figured if they were going to reinforce the rule they would approach me and I’d be able to upgrade (I was super thirsty and they had a line and I didn’t want to wait), I don’t think the guy who approached me was the manager- but he passive aggressively handed me a new water cup with water and told me it’s only for water. He didn’t sound surprised when I told him the water tasted bad, I told the girl at the front (Jessica) they needed to start telling their customers the water is bad- she didn’t even know the water was bad but her coworker did? Hm. They get a 2 star rating because the older woman cleaning tables and stuff was really nice and doing something- everyone else was just...

Our family LOVES CiCis so we were happy to find this location. We have eaten there a few times and had a great time. But tonight I overheard the staff talk about the salad bar being off. I asked and they said nothing is wrong. So when I got to my table and took a bite of a room temperature beet. I had my husband investigate. And the salad bar was at 42 degrees. I alerted the manager but she didnt seem to be bothered and said they we busy tonight. Sorry my husband does refrigeration and that does equate. the salad bar should have been at 40 or below. who knows what it was at prior to the picture since it dropped a degree after i talked to the manager.

Stop by today. Never really ate cicis, but I'd figure I'd give it a shot. For 8.99, I did a to go buffet. Which was okay. I grabbed 6 slices, some bread sticks, and some type of honey or cinnamon bun thingy. Was it great pizza? No, was it horrible, no what you expected for 8.99$, but service was excellent. Even walking out, the employee asked if I got dessert. So, with that said, it wasn't all that bad. I'd definitely go again.

Of course this place is good, it's always good and they make their sauce and their dough in house. For inexpensive pizza it's actually pretty high quality. I also appreciate the level of service here they greet you when you walk in and ask if their is any specific pizza you would like for them to make. It also helps that my kids love this place
