So I ordered the turf n surf since it was advertised a lot on their website (and store) when I got there to pick my order up it wasn't ready, the lady who was preparing it said they didn't have steak so I told her to sub chicken (even though I had already paid online and paid the steak was more than the chicken but I didn't make a big deal out of that) then she asked if i still wanted the shrimp and I said yes, then she tells me they are out of shrimp as well. So I end up getting just a chicken bowl when I had already paid for the surf and turf and it was not the same price. There was no manager there to speak with the lady was very nice but she was also new (she mentioned that she was still learning the place) I know it wasn't her fault and I could see that she was stressed out since by that time there were more people waiting in line and it seemed that she was alone. So I didn't want to make her nite more stressful so I just took the meal and left. Couldn't find a number or any where to contact someone if there was an issue with an order, nowhere in the receipt (except for store number but what good was that going to do since the lady who put my order together was the only one there at that moment). So needless to say but it was my 1st time trying them out and sadly to say it was also my last one. And again, the employee who helped me was nice and trying to do the best she could but whomever is managing that place (if there is a management team at all) needs to do a better job. (By reading other reviews I'm starting to believe maybe they don't have...
Read moreWe got there at 5pm'ish no cars in parking lot no customers inside. Should have taken that as a warning and went someplace else. The place really needs a thorough cleaning. Yes it's older but the carpet can still be cleaned. Anyway the surf and turf bowl as advertised every where was more like chewing the worst cuts of beef imaginable served like out of the wrapper, leftover from a college dorm late night run and seriously how long had my shrimp been resting to the point of rubbery death in whatever that stagnant oil and water concoction was. Not only do I NOT recommend this Qdoba I'm thinking it won't be long before the health department shuts them down for failure to maintain safe food temperatures. Hint! #Tulsa Health Department. The rice was crunchy cold and dry. The black beans obviously canned, like right out of the can thats how not hot nor warm they were. Got a burrito basically the same food quality and to add insult to injury pretty sure that was a heat press that must be broken because Yhea not used. This place is so bad we felt horrible allowing customers after us to place orders. The only redemption is the staff was pleasant, well groomed and knew the menu. NEVER going back to Qdoba. As a matter of fact, we decided as horrible as our last visit was to Chipotle a couple years ago, we should have gone there and they actually served us food that although warm it had the taste of being...
Read moreUsed to work at this Qdoba back in 2013 and boy has it gone downhill. Both employees had headphones in working the bar, customer engagement was lacking. It was pretty slow when I came in but still had to wait a good 10-15 minutes to place my order. When one of the ladies were finally ready to take my order they just kind of stared at me for a bit before finally asking what they could get for me. I won't mention portions or anything although they are smaller than I remember. Food was cold despite me having minimal salsa and cold bar ingredients. Flavor was okay. But whoo boy these reviews on cleanliness are no joke. I remember having to stay at the restaurant deep cleaning until 3 am and having to come back in at 5am to unload a truck. And it looks like the grill wall gets a cursory wipe down but you can see grease smeared all over, the fryers looked nasty, and the overall atmosphere was kind of awkward.
I used to manage shifts with highschool kids and the restaurant was not only cleaner but the food was fresher, tasted better, and customers were served much faster. I feel for the employees working here because they are likely overworked like I was back in the day but there needs to be some pride put into this location because it looks like it's...
