WOW! What an amazing experience! Three Creeks Lodge is 10 stars across the board. We pulled up to the cabin in early evening and it looked like an HGTV Dream Home. Everything was decorated for the season to perfection, like a Fall haven featured in a magazine. The porch, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, everything - decked out in sunflowers and pumpkins and pumpkin pillows and even the coffee bar had seasonal syrups like salted caramel and pumpkin spice. Every amenity we could have thought of was available in this home, and the open layout was perfect to enjoy it all. This was our typical day: morning hot-tub and coffee on the back porch, cook breakfast and eat all together at the 12-person dining table (we were a group of 8 and had plenty of extra space), go for a hike & fish out by the lake, wander around the shops in Hochatown and Broken Bow, catching lunch at a local spot, then back to the gorgeous cabin to cook/grill dinner, more hot tub, watch a Halloween movie on the outside back deck from the hot-tub, put on different Halloween movie on the TV inside (same remote worked for both TVs, so convenient!), turn on the outdoor speakers and play music/jam out, set up our karaoke machine (we brought our own) and jam out some more, hop in the outdoor dry sauna, turn on the fire pit in the back yard, make s'mores around the fire. Perfect day! The cabin hosts even gifted us a s'mores kit that had all the chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers needed for a big group, PLUS plastic s'mores plates to hold it all and s'mores sticks to roast the marshmallows in the fire. Back inside the house, we all slept beautifully in our respective rooms, all of the beds were extremely comfortable and each room felt very private. There was a dedicated bathroom for each room except upstairs two rooms share a spacious bathroom. The entire house including bathrooms were brand new, great hot showers with good water pressure, plenty of towels (extra towels were provided just for the hot tub, too!), and nice counter space in each bathroom to lay out one's toiletries. My husband and I slept on the bottom bunk in one of the bunk-bedrooms and I think they must have been either full or queen size beds because they felt plenty big for an adult couple so would easily fit two kids in each bed. The two bunk rooms both have 4 beds each, so this is a great house for big groups/families. Another awesome feature of this particular home, Three Creeks Lodge, is that it was located really close to the club-house and tennis/pickle-ball courts so we were able to walk over to both in just a few minutes and enjoy the swimming pool and other clubhouse amenities. There are just too many amenities here to name them all - corn-hole game on the back porch, a kids play-set with a slide and swing, more games inside the house, spacious jacuzzi with great jets. They really thought of everything and if the nearby lake and state park weren't so beautiful, we would have happily just stayed and played in the cabin and clubhouse all day. That said, it was a quick drive to nearby hiking trails and fishing spots. We hiked Friends Trail which was very popular and had great views of the lake and river, and also visited Eagle Drive Day-Use area and Eagle Drive Dip out near the Crystal Point campsite in Beavers Bend State Park. We highly recommend those picturesque and serene spots on the shores of Broken Bow Lake. Great places to relax by the water, skip rocks, swim, and paddle-board. We also loved visiting both towns in the area and especially enjoyed our visit to Girls Gone Wine - don't skip their free wine tasting! There are a million things to do in this gorgeous area of Oklahoma and we can't wait to come back. When we do, we hope to be fortunate enough to find open dates at Three Creeks Lodge to stay at the exact same beautiful cabin again. I have a feeling though that it is going to book up quickly from here on out! Huge thanks to the hosts for a warm & welcoming stay with so many thoughtful details - this home...

That's right! A 50 ft pirate ship! Every pirate lovers dream come true. I could end this review now and that should be enough reason to book your family getaway, but Three Creeks Reserve and the Black Pearl has so much more to offer. There's something for everyone. The Black Pearl was clean, relaxing, and of course fully decked out in pirate theme. The bunk beds and Nintendo switch are a hit with the kids. The cabin has plenty of outdoor games, a cute little bridge connecting you to the peaceful firepit, and did I mention the huge pirate ship in the backyard?!?! It really is something to see. Crazy. It wasn't completely built when we stayed but we cannot wait to see it when it's finished. The resort has walking trails, a pool, playground, pickle ball, and a splash pad for the younger kiddos! Our son went from playground to splash pad over and over again. It's a perfect family getaway adventure. Our family had a blast and the staff are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend giving this place a try. There are so many nice cabin options in Broken Bow but Three Creeks is more than a cabin rental. It gives you the whole...

Our stay at Three Creek Reserve in Broken Bow was everything we hoped it would be and more. As a family with a teenager and an adult daughter, it’s not always easy to find a place that feels special to all of us — but the Blue Creek Cottage was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, peaceful, and gave us the space to truly unwind and just be together.
We loved ending our evenings around the fire pit, soaking in the quiet and the laughter. The hot tub was such a relaxing treat, and the clubhouse and pool gave us all something fun to do without even having to leave the property. And who knew we’d become such fans of pickleball? It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip.
This place brought us together in a way that’s hard to put into words — no rush, no distractions, just meaningful time as a family. We have full hearts and beautiful memories, and we can’t wait...
