Not many places I got to get five stars. This one does. Lots of variety on the products they have. They also have a large parking lot as well. The staff are courteous, helpful and professional as well. It’s also a small town grocery store. Great way to help the community.

BUYER BEWARE.. OFF BRAND PRODUCTS ARE SUBSTANDARD. BEST CHOICE & ALWAYS SAVE do not print CO PHONE#OR ADDRESS to voice product issues. Best Yet products can not be found and will surely be missed. D's used to be my favorite local supermarket due to employees with a personal hometown approach, in particular Becky, Sally, Mary & Jenny as well as the Best Yet products WHICH THEY NO LONGER CARRY. I will surely miss these girls because Sparkle Market will now be where I'll do my weekly(sometimes daily)shopping. PERSONALLY TAKE YOU TO IT WITH A SMILE (which is not Mr D's policy). Prices are very comparable. Good bye Mr D's, I'm on a mission to make new neighborhood "friends" at Sparkle Market. ALSO...Was never very fond of the manager/owner at D's(short man's syndrome). I've heard him on several occasions reprimand the girls behind the front desk where customers could hear him berating employees. I find this unprofessional & inappropriate. He could've easily discussed any issue in the room directly behind the desk area in private. Another great convienience is that there's a Giant Eagle Drug Store conveniently located WITHIN Sparkle grocery store! Deli runs tremendous weekly specials as well! They are always serving up delicious homemade hot foods. Bye bye Mr D's...Hello...

What a joke this store has become. Went there today and totally disgusted. Growing up that was the only store my mom went to so for the last 10 yrs. I shopped there. Then the store started to go down hill and I started shopping elsewhere and only going to D's for the deli items, other items that I can not get elsewher and milk. Well after today I will not be going back. Empty shelves, out-of date boxed foods and refridgerated (ham slices dated 9/18, empty sale items, 2% milk set to expire. Wanted frozen broccoli in cheese sauce, boxes frozen together with ice frozen around the boxes. Want French fries, tator tots, etc.? Totally empty. Want frozen pizzas? Empty. Want ice cream? Totally empty but wait, one whole frozen unit filled with Bil Jak frozen dog food and frozen dog treats. The prices have gotten out of hand also. My parent stopped shopping there atleast a year ago along with other family. The employees are friendly but the majority have been there for as long as I shopped there. As for the former owner, shame on. To the new owner, pay your bills and step up! You bought a store that has served this small community...

The bakery section is sad. After the Farrell Bakery closed, Mr. D’s got their pogacca recipe and slowly butchered it. They’re still selling it with the “Farrell Bakery recipe” label, but it’s not the same. I had to brush off an obnoxious amount of salt on the regular pogacca recently because they put so much salt on that it was all I could taste. The garlic version isn’t even the correct color anymore. It’s heartbreaking because this bread was such a big part of my childhood. It’s also insulting for this store to keep advertising that they’re using the Farrell Bakery recipe when they’ve clearly made some very poor changes to it. I used to dream about that bread when I moved out of town, and I would come buy some any time I came back home. This time, I was beyond...
