Very nice and professional in person. I was confused because the emails from Sears say that the service man will call when he's headed my way but I never did get a call. Twice I have missed letting him in because I was in another room and couldn't hear the front door. When I asked him about it he said that when he calls me it won't ring through and we're speculating that maybe the company put my phone number in his phone wrong so he cannot contact me.
