I recently hosted a 70th birthday party at The Gathering Grounds. From the moment I called and met with Cathy and Brenda, I was never disappointed. My experience working with them from that point on was seamless. The party was more of an undertaking than I had originally Imagined, but they both worked tirelessly to make sure that my 50s theme party went off without a hitch. Their venue is spotlessly clean and they have everything you need to help you plan a wonderful event. They were both always professional, always available to meet, and went over and above to make sure my party was a success. I highly recommend using them for any kind of event that you have coming up, you will not be disappointed! I definitely hope to be able to use them again in the future!

The venue is charming and beautifully maintained, with a spacious room that made our guests feel right at home. The photo booth tucked into the old bank vault was a fun and unique touch! Cathy and Brenda, the owners, were a joy to work with—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our event a success. From planning to setup, they went above and beyond. They helped build my vision into reality and even did check in emails from the moment I booked, during the party and at the end. I posted a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband at The Gathering Grounds. From the second, I inquired about the venue until the very end of the party was the smoothest process I have ever been through with a venue. The organized, detail oriented and thoughtful approach these girls have is second to none. The venue was set up absolutely perfectly, and they were on top of everything the entire time.
