I am giving two stars instead of one because I had a great experience a while back working with Justin at this print shop. I picked up new prints last week and they were not the quality I had come to expect from here. I emailed them, happy to work with them to see if we could fix it and the phone call that followed was downright disappointing. The woman who I talked to was instantly defensive, saying she had cut and inspected them herself and she saw nothing wrong with them. I tried to explain they were supposed to be a physical catalogue for my art booth but were unusable as such with the random ink flecks, inked edges and extra edges trimmed where they shouldn’t be. She was extremely condescending and laughed at me at one point when I was trying to calmly explain my concerns with the quality in hopes of a future working relationship with them. I am currently overseas and needed to have a canvas wrap made and delivered to someone as a Christmas gift. After placing my order for a 12" x 16" canvas wrap, Justin, the CEO, reached out to me via email thanking me for my business and not to hesitate if I had questions or needed help. Upon request, Justin included a personal message note and sent me a picture of the finished product before shipping it out.
