I called Tim after my washing machine started giving out. He asked what I was looking for and he took the time to tell me about what he had in stock that met my needs. He even asked what my broken machine was doing and went through what the issues might be and recommended an appliance repair service if I wanted to go that route. I ultimately chose to go to his showroom to see what he had in stock. He showed us the washers, explained what he had done to them, and the benefits of each machine and I never felt pressured into anything. I could tell he was passionate and knew his stuff. All his stock was fairly priced and I selected a machine. I live pretty far out so he offered to deliver the washer on his day off when he had more time to make a trip out, talk about going above and beyond. We now have the washer and can do our own laundry again! Couldn't recommend Seven Day Appliance enough, I felt better giving my money to an honest small business than buying new from a big box store. I went through this store looking for some appliances but unfortunately I only found junk with many electrical issues, loose cables or cables attached with electrical tape, I'm good repairing things and I check everything well before buy something used. when I wanted to take a picture of one of those dangerous cables the guy who attended me wanted to take my cellphone from my hands, (rude and grumpy guy), he told me "go away or I'll punch your dirty Mexican face" (verbatim words). Be careful, I have no doubt that someone will buy some appliances with several dangerous electrical connections. Please check everything carefully before you pay for. another customer witnessed what happened, the store owner freaked out when he saw us speaking in Spanish. I should have called the police but I have a family to take care of and unfortunately I didn't have time to do it. This happened at 5:35 on Thursday, July 28th. I bought a washer from Tim 2 years ago, it was, (and still is) a great machine at a great price..so I returned and bought a dryer 2 months ago, and had the same wonderful experience with Tim, the owner. I am CONFIDENT you will also!!!
