Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Everyone was very nice. We had a small get together and things went okay. Well I had to edit my review because apparently they had a problem with me bringing a cookie tray and a meat and cheese tray. They bad mouthed me to another customer. They also refused to tell me the specials so I had to order my pizza online from the store!!! See I went there as a memory of my parents. We went there after football games and band concerts as a kid. We went there from the time that they first opened til present. Well until now!The day I booked the room was the day of my mother's funeral and burial. They said I could bring stuff in as long as I was ordering pizza. It was a small group and I spent over 100 on pizza for us. The room was dirty and we had to have them come clean the tables even when I had it booked! The manager got smart with me on the phone today and then said I hope you had a great time. I said did you not listen to anything I said we ate there after my mother was buried. i was double charged for my order online and paid with my credit card then i get a call and the store tell me that they cant deliver my order after they already charged my card so i had to go pick it up then i get there and they charged my card a second time so i was charged 45.07 online then again at the store they reran my card they had on file from online order for 41.38 i didnt give them my card for the second charge they did that on their own so i ended up paying 87.00 for 2 large pizza call the store to get it taking care of and basically got called a liar while i have the proof both reciept from them online 45.07 then at the store 41.38 and im amsuming the price difference is bc of the dilervery charged being taken off the order since i had to drive to go it but why they would ever double charge me i dont understand and noone at the store is even worth trying to talk to they just wanna yell and cuss i know i was always told customer is always right sad thing is i have the proof...

I will not be returning to Pizza Hut. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told the pepperoni bites in the dinner box were not available. Okay, I understand. I requested to replace those with breadsticks. The woman said this could be done and asked me to pull into the parking lot. 20 minutes later, there I sat. Only one other car went thru the drive thru. I got out of my car and went in. There were about 5, seemingly obnoxious, women standing at the counter. But the woman who had told me to wait in the lot asked if I was picking up an order. When I reminded her she had told me to wait in the parking lot, the look on her face was complete shock! She forgot. I get it, things happen. However, this WAS the second chance. The last time we ordered from this Pizza Hut they forgot our order was ready, so not only was it cold when we got it home but it was burnt to a crisp too.
