Went in to get a new SIM card because technical service told me that was what was wrong with my phone...they at the store swore that that was not the problem ran my phone through computer to check, all was good with phone. They did not want to give me a new SIM card because they were still saying that was not the problem. I insisted they do change it because that was what technical service told them, she installs a used card. I made it very known I use this phone for business and have all my sales calls coming through this phone. Phone worked fine until I got home (1 hour away) but when I got home it said no service, this was at 8:30pm. I called technical service he told me to pull out SIM card and read number I did, he said this SIM card is registered to another user and he cannot help me but that I need to go back to retail store and get a new card....OMG!!!!!!!!!!i cannot believe they gave me a card that I cannot use nor can I get this fixed till next day. I have contracts that had to done tonight and now they pretty much put me out of buss. until I get this fixed!!! AT&T YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER!!! Read moreI made a mistake by deciding to switch from AT&T to Pure Talk. After the switch was made, I had all kinds of problems. I went into the AT&T store in Broussard to switch back to AT&T and learned that Pure Talk was now the owner of my phone number that I had owned for the last 25 years. AT&T's employee at that store, Trey, explained that both my wife and I might loose our long standing telephone numbers. I was devastated as I use that number for my business as well as family members going back 25 years. Trey then became singularly focused on helping me with my problem. He stayed with me for at least an hour, perhaps an hour and a half, talking with several people with AT&T. Trey even contacted Pure Talk and convinced them to give me my phone numbers back. I walked out of that store with both of my phones connected and both with the telephone numbers that were so valuable to me. I only make these remarks because Trey is a remarkable young man. Read moreI had just gotten my Apple Watch series 7 I went to the store just to have them put my cellular on my plan, my watch needed updating and I’m like no it’s okay I will do it at home so he went ahead and updated it any way. The update was taking too long so he took it off the charger and I’m like no you’re not suppose to take it off while it’s updating. He told me yes I can, okay so I left and not too much longer after I left the store my watch locked on me I couldn’t do anything on it I tired restarting it I can’t. I brought it back to him he looked at it told me he couldn’t help me and it’s a software issue. I told him how can it be a software issue when I just got it in the mail and it was working fine.
