Went to this establishment on 9/12/25 at 6:15pm and left at 7:23 WITHOUT HALF OF MY ORDER AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME! I ordered a large mozzarella stick, a mini cookie blast, a small cookie blast and a small blue raspberry cream slush and a small fry. Bri was our carhop and when she approached the car she said "I forgot 1 of your drinks" I look at my order and we received the large mozzarella stick (that was cold), the mini blast (that did not have the whipped cream or cherry as requested), so I gave it back to her and ask to put the whipped cream and cherry. Bri returned to the car with the mini blast as asked and we are still waiting for the small cookie blast and the blue raspberry cream slush which she said they were making. 10 minutes go by and I press the button again because we are still waiting on our drinks and this time Bri approaches the car and ask for my receipt I told her she kept the receipt to get my 2 drinks that I paid for. 10 more minutes go by and I press the button again this time they bring me the wrong slushie, so I press the button again and I daid the drink is wrong and I'm still waiting for my oreo blast, bri comes to the car rude again and this time I ask for the manager (a young white girl) and I say my drinks are wrong again and I'm still missing my blast. She admits that she knew my drink would be wrong because they used cream instead of ice cream( I didn't understand as the manager if you knew it was wrong why send it out). So another 15 minutes go by and no one returns, I press the button no answer. I press it again and request a refund for the items I did not receive and I requested my refund. Bri then returns to my car and request the food back THAT I HAVE PAID FOR, I said NO I want my money back for the items I didn't receive. Shes standing in front of my car arguing with me that she bought me drinks I said yes the WRONG drinks I returned them. So I'm waiting for my refund (another 15 minutes) so I press the button again and Bri came on the loud speaker and I said I'm waiting on my refund she then tells me they rolled the cameras back and I received my drinks. I told her that was untrue and my children and I have been sitting there for an hour all to not receive our food or my refund but I'm calling corporate and disputing the charges on my credit card. Read moreThis past Wednesday night at around 915pm I went to the Broussard Sonic on my way home from work and ordered a combo meal. My drink was a medium cherry limeade. My order arrived and when I took a sip it tasted like pure cherry juice. I reordered my drink and explained that it was way to sweet and difficult to drink. She came back with something I did not order, she said she put diet Sprite and diet cherry juice so it would not be so sweet. Again I told her that's not what I ordered and she suggested I order another drink. I did not want another drink I wanted my cherry limeade. I asked her to have someone that knows how to make a cherry limeade to please make my drink. She came back with my 3rd drink and again it tasted nothing like a cherry limeade. By this time I had been there nearly 20 minutes, it was late and I was tired so I just left with a drink I did not get. Read moreThis location has definitely degraded over the last couple years. The service quality has gone down significantly. We never had issues before but now every time we have gone we have had rude service (continually being interrupted and/or given an attitude over the com) and our food has been wrong many times. This most recent time we were not even given a receipt so we are unable to get our food corrected. We aren't asking for much, no complicated orders. I just expect to have 5 tenders in a 5 tender meal, not 2 for example. And to be given good service. I want to add: Our carhop was kind, but the person taking our order was definitely not and multiple items in our order were incorrect but we were given no receipt to get it corrected!
Edit: We gave them another chance and apparently they "can't take orders" past 9pm even though they are supposed to be open until 11pm. Calling in the morning to report this to management and get a number for...
