I booked Steve White Films to update my headshots. Everything was awesome from beginning to end. He was timely in his response to my inquiry. Booking was very simple to do (no loops to jump through or extensive back and forth in order to confirm a price or date & time). He was reasonably price (on par for the market, lower than expected for his experience and skillset). The day of the shoot, he was on time and ready to work. As a customer, he ensured my requests were fulfilled and I was comfortable (I acknowledge the fact that I’m picky). Then to my surprise, he uploaded my photos while I was still present and began editing (my expectation was by the end of day as advertised). In less than 1 hour, he completed my photoshoot (with setting and minor wardrobe changes) and provided me with 22 edited photos. Mr. White certainly overdelivered for my expectations (note: I’ve experienced his work with some of his long term clients before, but he keeps raising the bar and does not rest on his reputation). Steve and his team are the very best.There are many photographers out there, but Steve is a 10! I'll start by saying I'm as picky as they come, but all I can share is positive things about Steve and that he really knocks it out of the park and never disappoints. He is willing to take direction, but is amazing when you let him take creative control too. I had him do my engagement photos and based on those I had him do my shower and I flew him out of state to do my destination wedding in AZ. He is not only a master of still photography, but video too! To add our wedding got pick up by a magazine because of his amazingness and I've had a couple friends use him too. Steve is absolutely amazing to work with. I meet him saving the day by squeezing my niece in for some senior photos. Her photographer never showed up and hair makeup and everything was already done. We looked on social media and desperately called him and he agreed to see her if we could make it there before his next appt. We hurried over and he treated us as if we had booked prior. Very professional and easy to work with. My niece was shy and he was able to hype her up to relax. I brought my son in today and same great experience.
