I cannot recommend this salon enough! Starting with communication, they explained EVERYTHING to me about the process I was going to go through for the service I requested. Which is amazing because I had a better understanding of what the results would be compared to what I was asking for ESPECIALLY with blond. Not only is the communication amazing, but so is the hospitality of all the hair stylists! I was constantly checked up on and asked if I wanted refreshments or snacks throughout my process. During the process, I get acknowledged for any discomforts I could be in as well!( I wasn’t uncomfortable but it was nice to get checked on about it). I loved that I can bring a book and my own snacks and comfortably read and munch while getting my service done. It truly feels like I am having “me time” through my visit. And above all, I LOVE the results I get everytime I book because I never get disappointed and am always amazed by how much of a difference in health my hair is after each visit. 100% recommend...
