I stopped by the drive through for some paletas de limón and stood at the window for ever. When the truck in front of me finally left, the young man simply closed the window. He could have said, “I will be right with,” but nope, he simply closed the window. So I waited patiently for a long time. I could have honked but didn’t since that would have been rude. After a while, I got off the car, and went inside the store. There were several people waiting to be helped. I asked a young employee if they were going to help the people at the window at all. I explained to him I had been waiting quite awhile out there without being helped. He said he would see it to it. By then of course my brother who was in the car moved from the drive through. So the guy goes and helps the next person who had just driven up. So, I went in to explain to a manager, someone what had happened, and I was told, I had to get in line. The place is definitely not worth the wait. At Yulkkis, I have had people come out and take my order whenever there’s been a long line, yet here they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know they would be with me as soon as they could. Que cosas... Terrible service indeed. Sorry, but they most definitely need to get...
