I went here recently and witnessed a woman who I think is the owner (if not definitely the manager) treat 3 people including myself in a rude manner and clearly had no regard for anyone's time but her own. You would think she would greet and be nice to her customers, but she talks down to customers and clearly doesn't think much of them; even when they are paying her a compliment (witnessed that happen). She has a "I'm better than you" attitude and I felt like my time was not appreciated or respected during my long wait there. I brought in high quality items still with the tags and she came up with a random number and gave me less than $10 without even asking me first if I wanted to move forward. I'm telling you, you most likely can make more money for yourself by selling on the online yard sale websites. I did like some of their merchandise, so don't get me wrong on that. Good prices, decent items. And I actually bought some things, but the cashier rang one item up $3 more than it actually was (assumed the price of the item and didn't look). I might go back once more, but I expected a lot more from all the reviews I heard and read of this...
Read moreI’ve only been twice. Once in the winter and once in the summer (today actually). Both times, there weren’t too many items on display, but the selection was still good, especially for the prices. I appreciate that they prioritize real, classic clothing brands versus fast fashion brands like other consignment stores do. However, there wasn’t a lot of larger sizes, and I can see how that would be a bit frustrating. As for the donation aspect, it was a pretty solid experience. The staff is very upfront about the type of items they are looking for, and the service was quick, but not too quick in a way that seemed like they were rushing through the process. Today, the amount of cash I got back for the amount of items they took was pretty average for a consignment shop, but I still had more success at this store than I ever have had at more popular and “trend-based” consignment stores.

Read moreI went to this store with a friend to sell some clothing. The majority was professional winter coats and some other professional attire. The lady at the front desk let us know rudely and condescendingly that it was summer and that they only buy summer clothes in the summer. In addition, she said that the fabric of some of the pieces doesn't sell well. My issue wasn't with no being able to sell the clothing but with the way I was treated. You would think that customers would be treated better. That being said, this will be my first and last time visiting this store. I would give it 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Hope this review will assist them in bettering their customer service. Instead, I donated the clothes to the Free Clothing Bank in Brunswick. They were very friendly and grateful for...
