I have visisted twice, with awful experiences. The spirits are harsh and don't justify the pricepoint they ask for bottles.

Moreover, the one bathroom is located in the back of the business. While using the bathroom, I had to pass past several heated elements, vats, barrels, etc, that was very tight. They do not have a changing table. There were two exention cords running out of the bathroom into the "brewing" area. I did not feel safe.

While traveling the 30 yards from the "tasting area" to the industrial bathroom, I observed workers adding cheap industrial purees and juices in the mixes for their rum-based liquors.

Amazing rum! Very flavorful and the packaging is pleasing on the eyes. I visited here about a month ago with friends for a tasting. The host was awesome. Not only did we get to taste a variety of flavors, but he gave us a history lesson about Pitorro and how it's made. They even explained the reasoning behind the rubber bands on their product (no spoilers from me!). I left the store with a bottle of their Almond Pitorro (getting the traditional and coconut on my next visit), Pique and even a bag of coffee from the island! A true taste from home. From the moment we walked in the doors, the customer service was absolutely excellent. My fiancé and I did the full tastings and loved every spirit they had. I forgot the two ladies’ names who helped us but they did a fantastic job providing us a short history lesson about Pitorro and how it’s made. I definitely recommend their Coffee and Pineapple Pitorro. Will absolutely return soon. Maybe one day they’ll have a tasting room to serve...
