This place is beautiful and has a great selection, but I won't be going there anymore. I bought a Lily like I do every year the day before mother's day and then I planned on planting it on mother's day, well the weather in Ohio has been crap so I was willing to wait until it's warm enough and the sun to come out. The whole plant died within 4 days. I watered it once and gave it some plant food. called in yesterday and told my situation, the girl on the phone put me on hold to ask a manager what to do, the manager said they would be able to exchange it. I went there all way from Medina so 40 min round trip just to exchange a flower. When I explained to the girl at the return area my situation, she goes and gets a manager. The manager would not let me explain myself and I felt like she just thought I wanted to take advantage. I wasn't planning on returning it I even had it in a ceramic pot. She was very hostile and with an aggressive tone and went on the spiel about how they just die after they bloom. It's like her job isn't to help, but to turn down customer needs. I didn't want to sit there and fight with her so I just said ok thank you for your help and walked out. I have worked in customer service for 8 years. I know how a manager should approach the situation and she basically wanted me to feel like an idiot and embarrass my husband and me. I buy these every year for my mom and they don't just die, they are bloomed all summer. That doesn't make sense that they bloom and then they die right before summer starts. Even if she told me that, but in a way nicer tone then maybe I would return to this store, but because of her aggression I will never go there again. She can keep my $20. I'm not going to fight over a flower with some lady, I'd rather just say screw it and keep the dead flower. I mean it was a real see you next Tuesday situation and I didn't want any...
Read moreA true gardeners place to shop as well as home decorators too. I was there purchasing a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff is extremely kind and genuinely helpful. Karen went above and beyond and was very personable! I felt that she really cared and also loved her job. She was interested in helping me and that I was the most important person- I'm guessing that there were 100 things she needed to be doing yet she was focused on helping me. I mention this since we went back the next day to purchase a really cool owl (for me😁) and I spoke with Melissa. I asked Melissa who did the displays- she said that Karen herself and their team were the creative team. And the items just came in boxes and they created the magic. Very impressive and whimsical. My photos have attempted to capture some of the atmosphere. A very fun store and great staff. Thank...
Read moreAbsolutely beautiful place with beautiful plants. But it is obvious you're there just to make money. I called, you had little joe pie Proven Winner. I go to Strongsville. You have a few very scrony $25 plants. So I go to a different Petittis and they don't have them at all. Back to Strongsville to look at the plants that are a few sticks in one quarter area of the pot, scrawny! 2/3 or 3/4 of the pot is emptied. They have three of them and they're about to ship them away because they're in the back. THEY REFUSE TO DISCOUNT THESE SCRAWNY PLANTS THAT ONLY USED ONE QUARTER OF THE POT. They prefer to send them back. They were so little in the pot. I have spent so much time researching this plant and finding that you had them, only to find out you don't care about clients, you will not discount skimpy poor...
