Giving two starts only because they said they will replace the seating. Otherwise it would be a one. Back at the end of March we brought a bunch of furniture from Taylor’s, which included a table and chairs. I started to noticed the chairs , I guess the best way to describe it would be the coating of the wood looked like it peeled off on all 4. I called asking if my items were covered under warranty which I was told YES. They came out later about a month after I called to take pictures. The lady and guy who came out even said you can tell it wasn’t done on purpose. No I didn’t do it on purpose not sure why anyone would nor did we do anything whatsoever. Finally I get a call from Them about replacing the chairs. Bill is who I talk to. Now your probably wondering why the two stars since I said they are gonna replace them. Here’s why during the call with Bill, he said “just tell us what happened and we will work with you”. I don’t know how many times I had to tell him I don’t know what happen. Not sure why I have to answer the what happen question. You tell me Bill what happen to the product you sell. He said he was giving me the opportunity to tell him what happened. Really 🤬. Read moreOur experience shopping at Taylor Furniture was exceptional! We recently built a new home and have been looking to furnish several rooms. We visited several local furniture stores on many occasions and were either turned off by high pressure sales people or poor quality of merchandise. Our first visit to Taylor we were taken care of by Salesman Kevin. Kevin was down to earth, very helpful and knowledgeable without the high pressure sale tactics which are a major turn off to us. Even though we did not purchase anything that day Keven was very polite. Our second visit to Taylor Furniture was a few days later which happened to be Halloween night and upon our arrival the store was closed. We were able to make contact with a Salesman named Bill who was getting into his car to go home for the night. Bill inquired about or visit and without even asking Bill re-opened the store and invited us in to shop. Bills courtesy and patient was above and beyond our expectations but he took the time to let us shop and ask questions. With Bills help we were able to find a sofa & love seat that we both absolutely loved. Read moreI like the store and the options they have, but the delivery service is a headache. They called me several times to schedule an earlier time for drop off. I explained at least 3 times that I had people replacing my living room carpet in the early A.M. and that's why I requested the afternoon drop-off. Still, the delivery guys showed up 3 hours before our scheduled time. We opened the front door and showed the delivery drivers what was going on and how it'll be done by noon. When they came back to drop off the couch, for whatever reason, the two men decided to walk through the front grass and mud, walk in just to sign some papers.. not even one hour old carpet with mud everywhere.. I get that they have a job to do, but in the same sense, I felt disrespected because they knew what was happening in my home. At the very least, he could have mentioned that they walked through mud, and I would have laid out drop cloths.. They weren't even carrying anything for them to not know they had walked through mud. It's a shame because of the in store treatment. I would have loved to give a super positive review with 5 stars, but they clearly have some work to do with their staff.
