So I live on this of town and have been to this salon several times and when I go to nail salon I’m the type to stick to one unless I’m forced out by the unprofessionalism. So recently I went there to get a refill on my nails and Tina designed them so as the guy started my nails I requested Tina to design them as she did 2 weeks before. He began to speak their language and tells Tina. Tina says something of sort that she doesn’t want to, ( how I know?) the guys then turns to me and says, “Ma’am she said…” then Tina immediately interrupts him, then he said, “just kidding, she’ll be with you.” So I the guy continued to shape my nails for Tina, and she continues to do the ladies nails that she was doing before I came in. Tina finishes about 30min later gets up and starts fumbling with nail polish on the wall and the guys stands and tells her something, waiting for Tina to come do my nails she tells him something and sits back down at my seat. I immediately tells him that he can finish them. I left without a design. This is not my biggest problem with this salon. So Tina never approaches colored women when they come in the salon and I never see her do ANY colored women nails voluntarily. And this why I left a few years ago and came back to the same exact thing. I don’t know what’s her issue with colored women if any but just pay attention. She seem to always have an attitude, she always looks like she has a size 13 boot in her mouth. Ms. Tina you will run the business away. I wouldn’t rate it one...

I’ve been coming here since June of last year. I went this weekend and had someone who I have never seen doing my nails. She didn’t ask for them to be cut down so when she started doing dip, I asked if she could cut them down and she started laughing at me. I have worked very hard to grow my natural nails and she butchered the shape of them. I told her I didn’t mind waiting for someone else to do my nails since they were not the correct shape and not looking good. The other lady heard me and just continued doing someone else’s nails. The lady continued doing my nails. She had done things I have never seen done before while doing dip as well as leaving multiple parts out. I asked again if the shape could be fixed and no answer. When I went to check out, not only did they increase their prices, but they offered a $2 discount if you paid them through Venmo (which is illegal fyi). I paid the money again and asked if this lady could fix the shape of my nails (this was my third time asking). She looked at me like I was stupid and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about (I asked for almond shape and one of my nails was crooked and literally completely flat on top from when she filed them down. I showed her and she said me down and barely filed for two seconds before saying “is that it?” This was this weekend and has been 4 days. So I got there around 5:40 p.m. they close at 7:00 p.m. I didn't have to wait then immediately started working on my nails. And then the guy came that was going to do my nails. He did a nice job on them but the service was so rushed that he cut my finger twice while he was filing my nails and instead of soaking off the five acrylics I had left on my nails He cut into one of my natural nails with a fake nail trying to rip it off. There is still some acrylic under my fingernails because he didn't use that round file to get it off. Also he didn't talk to me the whole time even when I talked to him. I work in customer service and I just feel like when you're paying $85 for a service It shouldn't feel like they're trying to get you out of there as fast as they possibly can and hurting you in the process. Not to mention I get severe anxiety when I'm getting my nails done for things like that happening or from people messing them up. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time and now all of my fingers are sore. I've been here before and had an okay experience enough to come back. I give it 3 stars bc the set does look nice other than the acrylic stuck...
