We ordered our son’s8th cake by phone and by their online message. Then I paid half. All this happened two months prior to the event on November 5, 2022. We made arrangements for pick up by phone a month prior by 10 am on November 5, 2022. I arrived yesterday by 10:45 am with my son. That is when she told me, the owner who took my order and received pictures from my husband 2 months prior, that they did not have my sons birthday cake. This was two hours prior to the party. My poor sons face had shown the heart break bc he was looking forward to the cake. I was very angry. They took my money but didn’t have my order. Please explain to me how this can happen!!!! This was the first time and only time I had and will never order from them again! I still don’t understand how they take my money and thru cash app but yet didn’t have my order?! This is not a mistake. This is pure mismanagement and will never order from this place again. Seeing my son being heart broken and having to get cheap cupcakes and just settle with that will never leave this mothers mind! Don’t order from this place and definitely don’t take your kids just in case they don’t have your order!!!! Worse experience we have ever had!!! They ruined his birthday… in his words!!! I have to brag, not only does her cakes taste absolutely amazing, but they also look breathtakingly magnificent. It is usually a struggle to find someone that can make a cake look outstanding but also tastes outstanding and is affordable. You have a forever customer, when the time comes I would love for you to do our wedding cake.
