I dont have anything that critical to say about this particular location. I ordered delivery twice through there delivery service bc I was recovering from surgery and first time everything was ok, tasty, but the bags were closed up tight (I understand they want to keep the food hot) BUT steam from the heat fills up closed bag and makes the fries soggy and buns! The next time I ordered (same day bc this is Best place to eat in Bryant I have found so far after moving to be closer to LR) I put in the instructions more than once bc limited characters so it was very shorthand asking not to close up the bags and why. My instructions were respected and acknowledged! I was happy to get crispy waffle fries and nice buns! The only thing missing was strips for southwest salad (asked for two) no pepitas but got instead none but no biggie! They have been nice as well when I did go to restaurant to pick up order. I have eaten at 3 other Chick-fil-A’s in past couple of months after not eating at one for at least 20 yrs bc in Texas only thing worth eating was their ice cream when my adult kids were children, I have enjoyed my food very much and it’s been easy option for feeding myself. Most experiences have been good. I realized there were hidden fees attached with the food prices when you choose delivery the prices are more expensive and I looked at Door Dash its same, I guess instead of just making the delivery fee more and being up front about that they charge more money for actual delivery food prices. (im sure they arent the only ones so watch out) At first I was like ok well bc of packaging is one reason but you get same packaging picking up! I would just rather some place say here is our delivery fee (theirs is 2.99) even if its higher than to have higher priced food on delivery menu bc it just seems deceitful to me and Im like an upfront type of person but it is what it is. I guess if you subscribe to Door Dash you can save 2.99 using their delivery instead of Chick-fil-A’s but overall if you want to save ofcourse just pick up your food. So one last thing as good as my experiences have been and delicious food I just cant bring myself to keep going to Chick-fil-A bc of same reasons I havent in 20 plus years I don't agree with the Top people that own the name and chain being against basic Human Rights bc you dont agree with whom they love. So that being said (i dont eat out a lot) my summer of eating out is coming to a close. Cooking is cheaper and better on...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A food and often times eat there. The location in Bryant, AR off Reynolds road is notorious for being rude to people especially people that deliver food. They allow pickups for online orders and have a area that says mobile orders and pickups. Today I picked up for one of the services I deliver for and was never acknowledged when I walked to the mobile pickup area there was a long line so I patiently waited to the side until they finished working on those customers orders. When someone finally asked what I was there for I said I was picking up a order and gave the company name and customer name the person started telling me I had to go through the line I said I'm just waiting her once the line shortened I went through the line got my ticket and was asked to wait back in the mobile pick up area so I did the customers food was never gave to me other people came in ordered and got there food I was still waiting. Then finally the same person came over and said who are you waiting for I told him again he says you need to order I said Sr I have already did that and was asked to wait here. He had a puzzled look on his face I had been waiting over 40 minutes and I arrived early and was not acknowledged even wearing the logo shirt from the delivery service I pick up for. I then asked to speak with the manager since I had been ignored most of the time I was there it was obvious they where intentionally making me wait. The manager was extremely rude towards me as if I did something wrong when they were being rude to me. I explained to him my concerns I wasn't rude or unprofessional he asked my name and said I couldn't pick up there anymore because I said it was unprofessional how they act towards people picking up food for delivery services. This always happens at this location. I'm picking up food for there customers yet they act as if I shouldn't be there. If this location doesn't won't us picking up from there then don't do business with that service or any of them. I know Chick-fil-A doesn't stand for that type of behavior and something...
Read moreThis location is the literal worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. We typically visit here often because it’s close to us, but I don’t think we will be back. The other night we went through the drive thru. My daughter always gets a kids grilled nugget meal. Almost every single time we get home it’s FRIED nuggets or 1 time we were even given fried chicken strips. With a picky toddler you can see where this would be an issue. Well, earlier this week when went through the drive thru I decided to check our bag before we left. Of course, we had fried nuggets instead of grilled. So my husband went inside to get my toddler her grilled nuggets. He explained the situation to the guy up front. He said he wasn’t sure if he would be able to exchange them and called a manager over. The manager wanted to see the receipt where the grilled nuggets had been ordered. But, that wasn’t good enough. She went over to the screen that has the orders or previous orders on it to look up the transaction. Then she opened the nuggets to count them and touched them to make sure they were warm. As if he would have been lying about just wanting the GRILLED nuggets that was ordered. Her response finally was, “well I guess we can get you some grilled nuggets” like she was inconvenienced. We just wanted what we ordered. Unacceptable Chick-fil-A service in my opinion. This was not behavior at all as to what Chick-fil-A is supposed to represent especially from...
