Called only twice within a one month time frame to check to see how close I was for having my lawnmower picked up. The woman who answers the phone for the company said and I quote, "If it wasn't for people like you calling then maybe we can get something finished." When I called again after one month of waiting to ask again and to remind her of initially stating it would be at least 3 weeks, the same woman hung up on me and would not pick up the phone. I don’t give a lot of reviews, but I think this one is warranted. Stay away from these people. The front desk lady is fantastic but the people who actually work on your stuff are liars and cheats. Just warning people, these are the type of people you drop off your mower to have the blade sharpened and they call to tell you your transmission is going out. Deat with when Mr. Epling was still running the busines. Always great service. Carried our lawn mower there a few years back after he retired and paid well over what it was worth to have fixed to make it about 100 yards before clutch broke. Took it back because that is what they worked on and they refused to make it right. Would not recommend them for parts or service. And customer service...
