I usually enjoy visiting the Funko store, but lately my experiences have been disappointing. The new manager has been consistently rude and unapproachable, at one point even rolled her eyes at a customer, which really takes away from the excitement of coming here. On top of that, there are two individuals who are always at the front of the line (which I can appreciate the hustle) but treat other customers (and even employees) poorly. I even witnessed one of them push the manager to get past her (not realizing she was the manager because she was not wearing a Funko shirt)to get to a bag. It creates an unwelcoming environment and makes the experience less enjoyable for everyone else. I cannot believe the manager didn’t even address the situation right away and essentially is condoning that behavior.
Additionally, I was told they had new rules to make it more “fair” for people to get bags and would restock in the afternoon. So with that info, I made the trip out (75 miles one way), only to be told that the manager has decided to put ALL the inventory out for the week on Thursday morning and that they would not be restocking bags for the rest of the week. Not sure how that makes ANY sense if they were aiming for “fairness” especially when the two individuals I mentioned earlier grab one of every bag making it nearly impossible for anyone else to have a fighting chance to get anything.
The ONLY positive of my experience (after my small road trip to get there) was the sweetest employee Jaimie. She helped me find some villains stuff that I ended up buying essentially as a consolation prize so I didn’t feel like my trip was a complete waste.
I hope management addresses these issues so that the store can get back to being the fun and positive place...

It is now September 13 and DHL is reflecting that the received or was in route to their processing facility or September 9. I called DHL just to inquire about how long or why it’s taking so long to receive my package. They advised me that the label was created on 9 September even though it says 5 September then they said the item gets to their processing facility and it takes 24 to 48 hours to process the package before they can even ship it out then after they process it it’s another 3 to 8 days to get to me then one of the reasons why it takes so long as they explain is because they handed off to my local USPS carrier so the United States Postal Service so from 4 September, ordering the item to 9 September when they received it then 48 hours from then to start shipping it which is possibly the 11th or the 12th then another 3 to 8 business days to receive the item so take approximately until September 23 for me to receive this item, I understand it’s free shipping but I don’t understand how it takes this long to receive something in the United States. How does it takes from September 4 to possibly September 23 to receive item and again that the continental United States I do understand that those are business days so all of my are based on business days two business days almost 3 to get it to DHL because they got on Monday the ninth 24 to 48 hours to process it which is closer to 48 hours because it hasn’t moved yet which is now September 11 and then the 3 to 8 business days for shipping and to hand it...

I advised the supervisor chayton the table was too low and was hurting my back ( maintenance took the knobs to adjust table height ) he never did anything about it . Through the week my sciatica hurt from that and when I went to work a week later I was fine in processing orders and then they moved me to a special project ( lifting 80 pound boxes ) I told the temp supervisor Regina I can’t do that for now due to last week and my back hurting and she pulled a Funko manager SEAN AND SARA ops manager ( Sarah has a horrible reputation there and a face that gives you a look of I don’t like you ) they pulled me into the cafe and all agreed they will have me stay in process for Friday and Saturday to make accommodations for my back ( I told them I just needed a couple days to let it heal ) I then finished my 12 hour shift and get a call saying “ Funko ended your assignment due to you saying your back hurting “ Ricky is another manager and didn’t even talk to me or ask can I continue doing other projects after Saturday shift which I feel they should of instead of talking about letting me go during the rest of my shift and blind siding me .
