Indian Food - Punjabi Dhaba — Restaurant in Buckeye

I have been going to this place for a while and the owner is kind and professional and the food is amazing. However I am so deeply disturbed by what happened just today. I didn’t see the owner there today, but someone else came to the register. This man says he can’t hear me and asks me to step closer to the register even though I spoke up loudly. As I’m ordering he’s looking at me quite disturbingly and clearly checking me out, he then states: “You look very hot and sexy” while licking his lips. I was so disturbed and ignored what he said. I just ordered my food and wanted to get out of there. I really should have just left at that moment. Then when my food was ready he came up to me and grabs my hand while handing me the food and I just immediately left while he lingered. No customer should ever have to be subjected to that and I do not feel safe going there because of that because if he was so bold to speak and touch me like that, I don’t trust what else could happen especially since the location is fairly isolated. I’m still in shock and I don’t know the manager’s name because the owner/manager was very nice always but he wasn’t there today and this guy, I haven’t seen before today. I’m just at a loss for words but while the food is great, I don’t feel comfortable ever...

This is one of the worst restaurants I have been to. I ordered one daal with 6 rotiyas. Daal was just like water literally. It was like one spoon of lentils and rest is water. Gross. Went inside to address this and just to let them know ( not thinking about no refund ) the guy (worker) cursed at me and treated me with disrespect. The owner then procceds to ask another customer as how is their daal and then was given the same answer that the daal wasn’t that good. Then I asked to get the refund for this disgusting food as well as bad service. For 6 rotiyas and 16 oz. Daal I was charged $24. I m happy to pay as long as I get fresh food and good service.

This is not fair at all, Kinda shameful that this restaurant can’t even do that. They are ripping Everyone with bad food and service. The worker did not know how to treat customers and was about to fight me. Which is so unprofessional. That’s not how restaurants work and gain good reputation.

All other Indian stores/dabbas on route 40 are good with good service and reasonable rates! I give...

I love Indian food and was happy when i found out they were new to Buckeye. We got the the chick pea dish, the lentil dish and the butter chicken dish with 3 naan and it was over $60. The portions were small. I'm thinking about 10 oz or so. Not only did they make my mild dishes super spicy, they put peanut oil in my daughter's butter chicken and I had to use her Epipen. AND that's after I told them before and after the order that she was allergic. And if this wasn't enough, they claimed we never called our order in when we did so I had to do the order in person and wait almost 30. That part I didn't mind, it was the rudeness towards my family when there the ones who messed up. Not to mention no apology or thank you. Also the place was dirty. Will happily go to Goodyear for Indian Food for now on, the 2 places out there have excellent service, super authentic and huge portions. I'm actually SHOCKED this place has so many good reviews. ...
