Second time there to give it another try since we did like the salsa although very stingy with the salsa and the women cooking very rude the first time, so when we walk in there after a long time and there is the same woman cutting lettuce with the mad face we asked, you guys still have the rosted chilli salsa ? she said yes , we smile and order food I did order extra salsa she said we only give 2 per Oder I said put more is okay, when I paid she charged us $4 extra dlrs when we where leaving we decided to eat there since we where so hungry when we where there about to sit we saw a lil bar of salsa we got close to it and checked our bag and only had 4 lil containers empty so we put salsa and pour some more from there in our tacos the mad woman came out of the kitchen to make my daughter and I feel bad and I told her so why you acting like this when salsa is a choice of more spicy or mellow plus what she charged us she took our salsa and I told her I want my money back when she went in the kitchen I told her I need to talk to the owner and she said I’m the owner , I could not believe her and told her , no an owner would of never treated a customer like this specially in a Mexican food where salsa is a must for tacos of course mellow or spicy and she said I don’t care I said you don’t care about bad reviews or loosing clients she said No I have enough clients. I am an owner of my business which is for services to our customers and customers are our priority to be satisfied and welcomed to our business specially when people come in hungry to eat . Hope she change if she wants to continue with this business I read reviews and read similar bad comments about rude, stingy and not caring about...

UNHAPPY CHILANGA!!!! Definition: Mexicans outside the capital use the term chilango to describe a Mexico City native who generally is rude, greedy, impetuous and unscrupulous.

I was a frequent customer until I was overcharged eight dollars and some change. I didn’t realize the overcharge until I arrived home 25 minutes away. I understand there can be errors but when the reaction is snarky reply and indirect jabs insinuating that I’m a penny pincher followed by how much money they make and don’t need to overcharge anyone, that screams guilt to me.

I continued going since I’m just there for the food not to make best friends but the environment and welcoming was horrible there after. Too many women behind the counter gossiping whispering leaving awkward silence with passive aggressive facial expressions. Just today as I arrived I heard her whisper to another lady in Spanish “look who has arrived”. I asked her if it bothered her that I was still a customer, and of course with a twisted facial expression and to my surprise…a snarky reply in Spanish.. “ I would’ve made it loud and clear if I didn’t want you around”

That’s too much attitude involved for just a burrito if you ask me lol. FYI she’s a CHILANGA with lots of attitude. Not worth my time at this...

If I could give this a zero star, I would. This place is the WORSE mexican food place I've EVER had. I ordered a Chipotle chicken chimichanga and the lady preparing it was ridiculously stingy on the meat. She put like 2 teaspoons of beans, 2 teaspoons of rice, 1 teaspoon of chicken and the rest was vegetables. While I was waiting for it to fry, the other lady was filling up the shredded cheese containers and stuck her nasty bare hands inside the bag of cheese to mix it all up...NO GLOVES! They also had their kids running in and out of the cooking area with their tablets in hand. When I was ready to pay, I was expecting to pay around 8 dollars and she busted out with, "it'll be $14.84" WHAT?!!!! It's a ridiculous price for the bull she stuffed it with. To top it off, it was disgustingly spicy and I had to drown it in sour cream just to eat 3 bites. I'm NEVER coming back and if you know Real Mexican food, DONT EAT AT...
