Burger King — Restaurant in Buckeye

Worse customer service ever!!!! Dirty location!!!! To start off we got here at 8:00 and only one section of the restaurant was open.....I had my wife and 2 children with me. As I went to find a clean spot to sit there was none! And it was not busy at all.... only one other man and his child in the restaurant. I had to take photos. On top 2 other sections we're closed off due to being clean. Not sorry for taking my family to a CLEAN table to eat. When we received our meal we received a extra cheese burger that we did not pay for. I took it back to the from and the same girl Jasmine who took our order asked me what was wrong? I just let her know we did not pay for the extra burger and we gave it back....she just grabbed it out of my hand and turned around.... I didn't get a thank you for being honest or I apologise for that. She was so rude. Due to that I had my wife go and let the manager Matthew know. Once I started taking pictures of the restaurant and how dirty it was that is when Jasmine came up to me and asked me if everything was ok. And that's when I let her know that because of her horrible customer service I would be posting this on Yelp and Google and every review out there! Do not stop here!!! I pulled up into this drive through last night and was taken back by how rude and rushed the employees were as I was placing my order, paying for the food, and pulling over to the side of the building....with no cars even behind me....for a few sandwiches that are a special and supposedly hot and ready! I usually do not have too much to complain about when visiting restaurants these days as I am learning to set my expectation of quality customer service a little lower everytime I visit somewhere like this. With the prices of fast food going up so much lately, my family does not eat grab to go very often, so this was pretty exciting for my 10 year old son after a long day , ready to go home and veg out. He gets one of his nuggets and looked confused and honestly, a bit repulsed...and told me it tastes reheated ....and chewy! The French fries were cold and the chicken sandwiches looked were very unappetizing. I understand everyone makes mistakes...but this whole visit left me and my family's quick fix dinner a flop. Next time we will definately be finding a new place drive to...

This location either needs to be shut down, or completely re managed or re staffed. I went through the drive through and waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Then waited another 5 minutes in the live to pay for my order. The service was slow that the person infront of me left without paying or receiving their order. Then, when I get to the window, they read off the wrong order, the order that belong to the customer that just left. I corrected her and told her what my order was. She then proceeds to read the wrong order AGAIN. I corrected her, again, just for her to read the wrong order a 3rd time, then called for assistance. She finally got the order right, then tells me the total. I asked if the order was ready before paying, because I was now running late for work, waiting 15/20 minutes for mozzarella sticks. She told me they weren't ready, to which I left without paying or receiving my order. Whoever is in charge of hiring people, needs to be fired themselves. Please get some staff that knows what...
