I will NEVER step foot in this store again. I am appalled at the way my dog and I were treated here. I have a very friendly Belgian Malinois and we went into the store to look around. A small dog owner said her dog was friendly and they greeted each other, only to have the little dog snarl, bark and snap at my dog. My dog is non reactive to this behavior (I am a dog trainer!) and just walked away. However, the owner says to ME "I have to think about the safety of other people and children." I'm sorry lady but my dog is trained and not aggressive but I suppose because of what breed she is, we were automatically at fault even though the small dog owner apologized to me and claimed her dog "has never done that before." I actually had items that I put right back because you do not deserve my money....

Horrible customer service, the woman working there not sure if she’s the owner was extremely rude. First made a comment that we would not fit with the stroller, guess she doesn’t appreciate children in the store. My stroller is compact and fit perfectly fine around the store without issue.

Then my daughter had a coaster in her hand which we did not buy and put back before leaving the store and upon us walking out she walked up and asked us what we did with the coaster, I guess suggesting we might be shoplifting??

Absolutely the most ignorant staff I have ever encountered in my years as a veteran, as a potential customer (that was going to buy something), and especially when we were doing the store a favor by bringing OUR CLIENTS into the shop to buy something for their dog.
