Just went to return my rented modem here and was told by the employees "we don't do that here". I guess I interrupted their sitting around and watching TikTok on their phones. Rude and ridiculous.
Edit: since the employees sought it appropriate to defend themselves, I will provide even more detail: When I walked in, there was one visible employee (white male, reddish hair) there sitting at a computer just hanging out. Another customer walked in right in front of me. There were no other customers in the store. Neither I nor the other customer were greeted - we both literally stood there for 90 seconds while the one employee just stared at his computer. Another employee (black male, younger than the initial employee) walked out of the closet, staring at his phone (e.g. watching TikTok videos), and looked at both of us and said nothing. The employee at the desk finally looked up and said "Is that Fios"? I said "Huh?" He said "FIOS?" I said "I'm trying to return my modem equipment." He said "Yeah we don't do that here" and then went back to goofing around on his computer. I just stood there in shock (note - this whole time the other customer has not even been acknowledged). Then, noticing me still there, he angrily said "Go to Richboro or *unintelligble" I said, "huh?" and then he said "Richboro or Flemington" and again back to his computer. That's what happened. I just want to make it clear to others who might use this store (as well as Verizon corporate who hopefully reads this) that you won't even be greeted and you will be treated as massive inconvenience to two gentlemen who simply hope to get through 8 hours of their day uninterrupted playing on their computer and phone,...

I went in to get a new phone because my current phone had water damage, I explained to the person helping me that I just needed a phone, and what do you know? I was being given information about a promotion that included a watch and a tablet. The promotion was thrown at me and it sounded like an overall good deal. My bill went up from $120 to $454. I was told that in two billing cycles my phone bill would go down. I called costumer service to complain about this and they are unaware of any promotion like this. I called because I was physically scared to go in the store again to be taken advantage of by these low life sales people. When I was in the store the guy helping me even asked what my job was, it because he cared but to get information out of me and identify if I’m a person who could spend money. I’ve been a self supported young woman my entire life and it’s a shame that they profile people this way. When I came in to return the items they had told me I was out of the 30 day window. Mind you- costumer service told me one date and the store told me a different date. Regardless, I explained to them that I was in a horrible accident with my car and couldn’t get in and could provide evidence but not one person said sorry that that happened or cared. Read morePLEASE READ! Back in May i upgraded my daughter's phone. During the upgrade Dante said they were offering customers a "FREE" ipad. The only charge would be a one time charge of $65 and that is it. During the upgrade, i was quoted about $5. more a month than what i was paying for the upgrade of the phone and the ipad. Since that time, my bill is an additional 70 a month more than what i was quoted. I have been in the office twice for over an hour each time and have called Gary the manager and Dante both saying they have no clue what is happening and they are coming up with the price quoted to me every time. I have over 30 texts with Dante confirming my frustration, telling me he would fix it, telling me he would get back to me in 2 days with no contact, supposedly contacting the CEO directly, Gary telling me he would get with Dante and get this fixed. I have contacted Verizon directly with no help at all stating my bill is what it is. My suggestion if going to this store is to make sure they put your quote in writing or take a picture of page once quoted because once you leave, they could care less and are only worried about the initial sale. I will not be going back to this store and i hope this doesn't happen to you. I honestly have hesitated to write this review because every week/month there were promises made and every time i looked at my bill, i thought something would be fixed as promised...
