Great product and operation that lacks consistency. I’m all about you get what you pay for, so when paying this price, I expect the product and what I ordered to be the same every time.

So good the first time I went yesterday, I had to go back. A little confused though - first pic was yesterday a butterfinger caramel nacho parfait and the other was today, same thing but Oreo. As you can see, they’re super inconsistent. I was expecting what I ordered yesterday, and was disappointed. The employee told me it was made wrong yesterday. I guess if I’m paying to add caramel, I’d at least like to see it. They were good at giving me extra on the side, which I appreciate.

Chocolate milk I got yesterday was so good and you can tell it doesn’t have all the extra stuff and I appreciate it was in a glass bottle. Felt old school and more responsible at the same time! I’ll be back, just hoping next time to be a more...

Went there today mostly because it was hot out and we wanted to find a way to help out a few local businesses hit by this bridge closer.

The ice cream was amazing. I had the ice cream Nacho parfait.

One minor critique. The staff didn’t seem very outgoing. They were perfectly pleasant but certainly didn’t volunteer any information that I didn’t ask.

As an example I asked what kind of cup the nachos parfait and the girl simply said “it’s a 16oz cup”. No grabbing one off the rack to show me or maybe upsell a little ? It wasn’t busy and they don’t have photos of their products up at the shop so I assume they must get asked pretty often about how things are done.

Also they were out of chocolate milk but I’m not blaming them for that since they are only open 1/2 day on Sunday and not on Mondays so they can’t really keep a huge stock in. Plus the logistics of the...

Been wanting to come here since open and finally got the chance. I live for all kinds of ice cream and I am a soft serve connoisseur. I eat ice cream like the Hummer H2 guzzles gas. This is one of the best soft serve ice creams I’ve ever had in the state of Washington. It’s smooth, tastes creamy, not overly sweet, and was very refreshing. The portion size for my cup of plain ole vanilla was great, no huge hole in the middle. My husband got the chocolate soft serve and that was very good too. Not overly bitter and nicely balanced. I don’t have a picture since we ate too fast and forgot. The staff taking our order was pleasant and exactly what you’d expect a normal customer service interaction to be. Will come back to try out the milks, especially the chocolate milk. Love to...

Got to stop by today after a hike! Ive been wanting to try it for the longest time! VERY family friendly and there smoothies are to die for! I got the lemon cake smoothie and it tasted like lemon in a cup! I will DEFINITELY be back again! The whip cream on top is made in house and is so creamy and rich! I can’t wait to try the glass milk! 1000000/10 and will recommend to all my family and friends! The owners are amazing and you can definitely tell how much they truly care for their customers and the passion they have for this business! Thank you for making our day🤍
