I stopped here on the Friday morning after the recent ābomb cyclone.ā I still didnāt have power at home so I was looking forward to a hot coffee. I got 2 drip coffees, one for me and one for my husband. I donāt remember the sizes but one was likely a 20oz and the other was likely a 12oz (or close). I dropped his off at his work in Buckley, not far away at all. Thatās when I realized the coffees were only lukewarm at best. Hot chocolates for little kids are warmer than these coffees were. Unfortunately, I didnāt have time to go back and wait in line again to get replacement coffees. Warm coffee would always be a bummer for me but what I keep wondering is, how long does coffee need to sit in a thermal coffee dispenser before it gets that cold/warm? For the past few drinks we have been paying for two drinks but the points getting counted for one drink. I am angry when I brought up the situation to one of the associates at the buckely location she told me there was nothing they can do that I have to contact there corporat action to get it resolved. She then gave me the gift card that was suppose to have the corporate number on the card didnt I called back she claimed she didn't know it was not on there but also could not provide me with a number I can call to get my situation resolved. The service is not so great, even today the morning 2 girls were not super friendly, neither of them smiled, seems like they don't have the time even though there is never anyone there when I go after dropping my son off at school.
