Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Buckley

If I could give zero stars I would. Back in December I visited Gravity’s Buckley location and had a very pleasant experience, the coffee was great. But after pulling away from the stand I realized I couldn’t find my credit card. I looked everywhere, after not finding it, I tried calling the stand directly to see if I had left it there. Much to my surprise I could only leave a voicemail at the corporate office. On my way home from work I stopped to check if I had left it there and thankfully they had it. 3 days later I finally got a call back from corporate and they sent out a $25 gift card for the inconvenience which I was very thankful for. Today I went to use the gift card and there was $0 loaded on the gift card. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. All of the ladies at the stand were very kind, and produced great coffee. But I hope no one ever has to deal with anyone at the corporate office. And I will never choose to give anymore money to this...

Doesn’t start making mobile orders until you get there despite having a tablet and knowing when we’re on our way.

Another complaint is every time I pickup a kids drink y’all always put the straw in the drink. This might be acceptable for customers picking up their own orders but for delivery drivers all you’re doing is giving the customer an opportunity to get something free and the driver risking their job if the customer complains about food tampering.

4/12 it never fails as a dasher they always wait until you’re there to make the drinks. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

As a driver people already don’t tip enough for me to wait on to be made once I get there but to do all this extra stuff it’s almost not worth picking up for any customer.

Gravity Coffee is a different type of place all together. Service is great to start. Their coffee doesn't have the bitter taste that Starbucks has. So that, by itself makes them far better than Starbucks all together. Even though there are no areas to sit inside. Most coffee stands in don't. However, this place was made large enough so nobody (staff) are in each other's way to serve you. I love their flavored coffee called the Area 51, it has White Coffee, White Chocolate, & Mint flavour. If you open the cup to look at it. It is a light green, alienish, lol. You have to try them out.
