If I could leave zero stars I would. The highlights of my most recent unpleasant experience at the store are: -Cake not ready at the time promised -The cake decorator proceeded to finish another cake (no one else was waiting) before starting on mine. -Cake decorator was rude/unprofessional and nasty -The younger Asian man working as cashier, ooooh I do not have a single kind thing to say about this man as he was rude, felt the need to stare me down (causing him to damage the icing on the cake since he wasn't looking while trying to close the lid) when I said "it will have to do" because I had to leave or I would have been late. -The cake it self looked like the Temu version of the design on their website -I will say the cake it self was fresh but the interaction to get the cake made it taste like trash.
I did call and speak to the manager Wanda, she apologized and stated she's understaffed so she can't do anything about her rude and disrespectful staff. No attempt was made to make it right... But Wanda did take the time to explain to me the former manager was a massive screw up and didn't do anything right. (why tell me this???)
Long story short, its worth it to drive back into Austin to not deal with these people and get what you...

I visited this location today and March 18th and had a horrible experience with a young man by the name of Mark, he originally told me his name was John while speaking with the manager. She said that his name was Mark ( however I asked about baking more cookies because I wanted to buy more. He said they only saw baking when they were out with the cookies that weâre gonna buy. They were completely already out peanut butter and the chocolate fudge cookie he became agitated when I asked about making more. I asked him who was his manager on duty. He pointed towards the back door and said sheâs out there. I asked him did he mind getting her for me he said he would not get her I can go around back and talk to her which I did his attitude and his nonchalant demeanor was uncalled for. He pulled out his phone. He began to take pictures of us, which made me feel uncomfortable even after speaking with the manager she did nothing to try to rectify the problem. Have tried calling & drove back up there 2 more times with no luck. Now we have no cake for his celebration. Iâm a pretty understanding person, but if you accept my order & charge my card, at least have the decency to give me a courtesy call if something came up & youâre not able to complete it, or turn off the online ordering if youâre not going to be open that day. Customer service on the website is a joke. Thereâs no # to call & you canât even email because it makes you first select a location when there are none listed in the drop down tab.
