Why have an app when you can’t use your rewards. I downloaded the app then tried to claim my 2 free donuts. When I tried to add them to the cart it said invalid then said store closed. I was seating in front the store and saw people inside at 6am) The store was open. Then I thought if I can’t pre order on the app maybe I can claim in person. I said I would like to claim my 2 free glazed donuts please. I passed my phone to scan the QR code. They said I have no points. I showed the app with the 2 donuts not points. All they could tell me was points no rewards. I asked them is there another way for me the claim these donuts. They said they don’t know how. Staff couldn’t explain to me what was on the menu in English and very frustrated to understand them. Very rude and the manager quoted “we are very busy” but it was only me and one person in drive thru. I felt rushed and they didn’t take they time to talk and explain their items on the bored. Lack of communication with the staff because I asked for a chimphill or whatever but she claimed they was out but the manager said they wasn’t. Too much back and forth for old products and hard food. Super gross. Honestly felt bad about bringing it to work for my coworkers. I have never had such a bad experience from a donut shop. Donuts were not good and the kolaches were nasty. The standard one had old looking Kraft singles that were hardened and the strange giant sausage one was heavy and more of a bratwurst. I don’t understand why it was so terrible, didn’t actually finish anything I ordered and I apologized to everyone. Didn’t call the store to complain because I never want to go back there.
