Why have an app when you can’t use your rewards. I downloaded the app then tried to claim my 2 free donuts. When I tried to add them to the cart it said invalid then said store closed. I was seating in front the store and saw people inside at 6am) The store was open. Then I thought if I can’t pre order on the app maybe I can claim in person. I said I would like to claim my 2 free glazed donuts please. I passed my phone to scan the QR code. They said I have no points. I showed the app with the 2 donuts not points.
