We've been going here every since our kids could walk! The food has always been great and so has the service. They just recently launched an app for rewards and to be able to order through the app. We just recently used the app for the first time with ease and ordered for pickup. I ordered for pickup and the app said to let them know that I had placed an order online. We ordered while we were in the parking lot to make it easier on ourselves with two toddlers in tow. So just a few minutes later, I went to the front to let them know that I placed an order through the app. The cashier went to check on it and said they were working on it. I told her that we'd be outside by the playscape and I just assumed that I'd either get a text or call when it was ready or they'd yell my name like they do when you normally order...however they didn't contact me and 20 minutes past which definitely was longer than it usually takes when you order at the front counter. So I went to check on my order and they said it had been ready and was bagged in the back. I was slightly upset that I wasn't notified when it was ready and I let the gentleman know that I had informed the cashier that we were by the playscape are and then even more dissapointed when the hot food was actually cold (my salad was the only exception) Anyways, I received a link for a survey feedback with that experience and I told them this information. Well I was actually contacted the next day with a sincere apology and a gift card for our next visit. It was just great to know that they acknowledged my feedback and will work towards this not happening again. So I'd definitely recommend them and we will certainly continue to...

Over the years service has changed and gotten less and less likely for us to return: the way the meals are served/ made now are filled with grease and make me sick right after: I also have lots of food allergies and used to be able to ask them to change their gloves and use a differnt cutting board etc etc. in fact, we would purposely come here because of how awesome they were about our food allergies now they acted shocked and confused when I asked them to wear gloves. When I mentioned I had a dairy allergy they still put cheese on my sandwich and I was very sick afterwards for about two or three days. It sucks that a place like this is really going downhill. There is one really tall guy that appears to like his job and take it seriously and he is always super kind and respectful to me. He doesn’t check the bags to ensure quality service : nor did they offer me a drink carrier: those are simple things we would need as humans: he is always so nice that I didn’t want to be rude or mean so I suffered with my sandwhich, no napkins, and then it backfired and I spilled my milkshake all over my car: it was a godsend because my car needed to be cleaned anyways, but it is still stressful for me whenever I used to brag this place up to everybody and then now I really kind of can’t take it...
