Went on a tour with adults and kids last week. It started 15 minutes late and was a long journey to drive here for all 20+ in our group. Jane was our tour guide, and she was very rude towards the adults and even yelled at 2 of the kids. Photos can not be taken inside the factory tour with the windows, but everywhere else is acceptable. The video they had was not working and when I went to take a photo in an area that was allowed, Jane asked me, which sounded more like she was accusing me of recording her. She did not have patience with the kids and seemed to get annoyed when the kids were asking questions. This is not a kids friendly place.
