Mini Donut Factory — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

These mini donuts were absolutely amazing. Nice fluffy and warm! I didn't even realize they were cake donuts until later because they were so light and fluffy. My favorite were the m&m ones. The m&ms were warm enough to be slightly melty inside when you took a bite. Perfection! I almost didn't want to share with my kids, lol. My mom's favorites were the cinnamon sugar one and caramel one. They even gave her a few bonus cinnamon sugar ones. As for the few that survivied to the next day, those mini donuts were still delicious. I probably could have reheated them a tiny bit for maximum deliciousness. My kids loved the blue dream donuts and m&m donuts because of the fun color and cute letters. 100% would order mini donuts from here again. I'm quite a sucker for donuts and these were by far the best I've ever had and I don't typically enjoy cake donuts that much. Also, we loved the donut-puns...

I love this place, every time a friend of mine has a birthday I make sure to come by and pick them up a box of assorted doughnuts from here because everyone always loves them. Their concept is so fun and unique, plus they are a small local family owned business. Their customer service is always amazing and I get to watch first hand how they make my doughnuts fresh each time. Something as little as this goes a long way in keeping my support as a customer plus, FYI... their box of doughnuts is half the price of a crumble cookie box, its twice the sweats, and its always fresh! Got there around 10am today and no line. Lucky for us, they manage to bake fresh donuts which was nice.

But then you see the price. Goodness gracious, when you're paying over a dollar for hostess size donuts (literally bite size) it's pretty much a rip off. We only got a half dozen and paid over 9 bucks for it. That's 1.50 for a bite size donut.

No wonder they don't have alot of customers. Who can afford to buy donuts at these prices?

And yes I was dumb enough to not see there was a Groupon before making my purchase, but regardless the regular prices...
