I was taking pictures of the serve ware, the glasses the mugs and the three-tier serving platters and things like that to send to my significant other especially since I've never seen a grocery store that had such beautiful things in it. However I was approached by one employee who asked if I needed help and then I said no thank you. I was approached Again by an employee who asked what are we doing and I said I was taking pictures to send to my significant other who is not in town and has.ton of money (so do I but didn't tell them that). So I was approached by a second employee (which was technically the third time) and she said that the manager sent him over because he seen I was taking pictures. And I said okay if that's such a problem I will just leave in both employees abruptly say okay and mumbled under their breath something. Yes I was walking out I turned back around and asked a cashier for the manager's name and she said she didn't know the full name but the male employee I spoke with before that I'm probably got a card inside of his name is on the card and walks away. It's such terrible customer service. All I wanted to do was show my significant other all the amazing things they have there since he was also interested in stopping in when he was in town but their lack of customer service and looking down on people is a total turn off. I do not suggest going there unless you feel like you should be treated like less than a human especially when you did nothing wrong... the worst part of it is nobody could tell me what I was doing wrong. I didn't break anything I didn't feel anything I wasn't staying longer than the store AND I would have definitely made several purchases there but that went down the drain along with their attitude as soon as I left. I feel no need to go back. Do not shop there unless you want to look down upon!!

Great place to shop! A huge variety of items that cover East Asian, West Asian, Middle Eastern and African cuisines. I found exotic ingredients and products I never saw before. The produce is fresh and varied. I found fresh green almonds, cousa and the baby eggplants that are needed to make makdouss.

The only issue I had was getting help at the bakery counter. I needed to get Baklawa from the glass case and it is only allowed to employees. There is no employee stationed behind the bakery counter. It took long to wait for a cashier to be free to come and help me with getting my Baklawa order pulled out of the case and packaged into a carry-out container. The same situation happened at the meat counter. They have it set up so that there is no pre-packaged zabiha meat. One has NO CHOICE but to wait in line with all the other people, while two men work at a very slow pace to prepare the customer's orders one by one. I could see it was easily going to be a full hour wait for me. They really NEED to start making prepared packs of the zabiha chicken so customers can more quickly grab the pre-butchered meat; then the line would be only for customers who need their meat custom cut. Because of how long the wait was, I gave up and decided to buy zabiha meat elsewhere. I simply didn't have the time for that. Got our stuff and went to checkout had a girl named dolly? Was about to not give her name. She was on the phone while scanning and didn’t get another cart to put the stuff in and was putting it back on the register where all the other groceries were. On the phone she was saying baba and than when she bagged some small things she handed it to me and I got it and put it on the register thing with the groceries to figure out what to do with it than she hangs up the phone, throws it on the side and says is there a problem with such a disgusting attitude and I said yes if you did your job right there would not be a problem. And then I asked her name and like I said she was about to not give it and she said what are you gonna do complain?? And I said yes and she said well go ahead I was on the phone with my “manager”. After saying baba I don’t know if her father is the manger or something but she said she’s not getting fired or anything. This is the worst customer service. Super entitled and so much attitude.
