This is hands down the BEST hibachi restaurant we’ve ever been to! We’ve been coming here for a long time, and it never seems disappoints. The chefs are absolutely amazing, i recommend asking for allan or daren! We’ve had all three chefs and they’re so talented, entertaining, and engaging with everyone at the table. The atmosphere is fun, and welcoming making it perfect for both date nights and family dinners. They have a way of making you feel special with their humor and energy making it an unforgettable experience. It’s also super kid-friendly, and our kids always enjoyed watching the chef put on a show as he sung to the kids and also for the whole restaurant to hear! You can genuinely tell that they love doing what they do, and their awesome energy makes the difference from other places!
The food is beyond delicious, way better than other hibachi places like Kani House and Shogun. Everything tastes fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Super great quality
We also love how efficient they are. Most of the time, there’s little to no wait, and even when there is a wait it’s never too long(unless you probably have a big group). The staff is always quick and on their feet.servers they have are always on top of everything, cleaning and resetting tables as soon as possible, also super kind, ready to help you if one of the servers are busy.
i highly recommend this place just because of the vibe it has overall. You can tell that everybody working there really strive to make everything run smoothly, feel welcome and comfortable and want you to feel the best experience they can offer.
very good for big or small tables...
Read moreThe guy Jackie at the door was awesome. He was friendly and made us feel welcome. The waiter was great as well. My mother sugar was getting low and he rushed to get her something to eat real quick. Now......Let's talk about this rude cook. That shook hands and greeted the people he knew. However, never acknowledged us. Never sit with a group that knows the cook. I went with 2 other people. OK so all the entries come with rice , we have to pay for the rice even if person #1 can't eat it. So when it came time give out rice. Person #2 asked for person #1 rice the cook said no and gave it to his friend wife. He burnt the vegetables. He didn't do any type of show or even hold a conversation with us. He talked to his friend in spanish the whole time. I ordered extra vegetables but he gave my vegetables to his friends wife. I thought we were being treated horribly because we are black. Then I thought it was because I was there with my mothers and they are a lesbian couple. (The guy Jackie was so friendly that I know it couldn't have been those reasons ) Yet, after my mom had a conversation with a manager, we find out that it was because those people we sat with are regulars. So, if you are a regular you get special treatment and that's why we were treated that way. It is our first time here and this cook was the first impression. I love love love hibachi. I go to different ones all the time. And I have never been treated like this, even if it was my first time there. If I ever come back again and I see that guy as my cook I will leave. The worst experience I...

The family and I wanted to try a new place out and decided on Ninja Steakhouse. We arrived late in the afternoon and it was semi busy. We waited to get seated and then waited some more for someone to get our drink order(this never happened). We noticed a family across from us without drinks also but shortly after we saw them get their drinks and ordered their food.
The male bartender came over and assured us someone will be with us shortly. We waited and then the food for the other family came out and we were still without drinks... Mind you this is over 20 minutes after sitting down. After that family got their food we waited some more and the bartender came another round and assured us of service shortly...
Again we waited another 10 minutes or so. Finally a server came over, dumped some plates down on the table and proceeded to ask the other table if all was ok and if they wanted anything else...
That was the last straw. I couldn't believe a server would come and put some plates down and ignore us again... Really?! Even the kids had asked "why did she do that?". We felt so disrespected.
Upon getting up my wife told one of the servers about our experience. Our initially server overheard my wife and raised her tone saying, "It's OK, it's ok!" as if they had enough cutomers and they didn't need our business...
With that being said I don't believe our family will ever go back with that...
