I had pick-ups for boys and girls club for my few items that St. Vincent Depaul said they wouldn't take. Both were schedules for the same morning. While the boys club was there picking up what they wouldn't, I told the boys and girls club that I wanted to be fair and give to both places! Well, I saw a truck on top of my street they just pulled off. Later on, I found out that when they saw the boys and girls club, they just drove off. So. I had items still sitting outside. I had to move them myself. They were heavy! The problem is they never called, or they should have just come by as well, not just to drive off. They were scheduled as well. I waisted my whole day waiting for them to show because I wasn't sure that truck was them at first! I was very upset and to still have the items and now have to reschedule again with another facility. I won't use St. Vincent De Paul again! Very rude to never call or ask because they also had an appt. It was so unprofessional and made it so inconvenient sitting for hours waiting for them thinking they were gonna show up.
