I had this company tow a vehicle for a young adult living with us when her car broke down on I95. It broke down on a Friday evening and I called them Monday morning to have it towed. Woman I got on the phone was very nice and told me they had already gotten a call from the FHP and would get it towed in and look at it. I was there by 10am with the keys to the vehicle and waited most of the day as they said they would look at it. When they finally looked at it they couldn't get it to run so I went home and waited for them to call after a more thorough look at it. I called back several times and each time no one could help me. Finally after a few weeks I drove back down there only to be treated very rudely and told I couldn't have anything from the car as it was not my car and they could only deal with the owner. If I wanted to have a notarized statement from the owner I could get her personal things and they could talk to me. By this time the car's owner had taken a job in NYC and moved there. I came home very frustrated and talked to a friend that has a towing business close to where I live. He said they would charge me so much a day for storage as well as the towing and diagnostic fee and I would be better off just to forget it as they would get title to the car and sell it at auction to recoup their money. It would not have been there more than a week if I could have gotten them to return my calls. I think they did this as they knew they could make more money from selling it or piecing it out or maybe one of them wanted to repair it and use it for themselves. We had someone that wanted to buy the car as is so she was going to sell it anyhow and not fix, but she would like to have had her personal things from the vehicle. Anyhow I will never do business with them again. They are very shady, not upfront and honest at all. I own a small business and would never treat a customer the way they treated...

After I was in an accident, my insurance company dispatched a local tow company to get my vehicle to the body shop for repairs. Unfortunately for me, this tow company was Johns Towing. The tow truck driver (after just lifting the front tires up with the lift and not securing the vehicle at all with straps before getting onto I 95) dropped the vehicle off at the wrong location. Once I got to the location of the body shop (same address on my receipt for the tow I already paid for) my car was not there. After about 3 phone calls, I was able to get the original tow truck driver, Ba, on the phone who seemed more annoyed that he wasn't able to correctly do his job than apologetic that he had messed up. I was told that first thing the next morning, my car would be dropped off at the correct location, again, the originally requested location. After multiple back and forth phone calls to the collision center and the tow truck company, this issue still hadn't been resolved at 4:30pm. I was told that once the car was towed to the correct location, I would get a call to confirm. Confirmed my phone number with them multiple times and still never received a call. Throughout the entire process, Ba had the worst attitude and demeanor. I think like most people, I work at a company that provides a service, and if I ever provided a similar quality of service with the same attitude as Ba, I would be...

LIARS!!!! I definitely would NOT use this company. They told my daughter (I listed in on the call) one price but when the driver finally showed up (hour after we were told he would be there) he demanded $25 more from her. I am sure this all boiled down to a grown man knowing he could intimidate and young teenage girl. I called back to the dispatch office and he hung up on me. I called right back and he put me on hold, so after 10 minutes I hung up. I called back got the answering machine, hung up and he called me back. He denied the whole conversation with my daughter (that I listened to) then said the driver had to charge more because it was a "difficult job towing my daughters car". Her car was stuck 2 inches off the road and stuck in a swell from all the rain. From the time the driver got out of his truck until my daughters car was pulled out was LESS then 10 minutes. Driver told my daughter the additional charge was due to the difficulty pulling her car out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
