Ate here 4 times now. 3 times the first week. I’m from here but moved to CA for a bit and became a taco connoisseur. Moved back 2 years ago and have been searching for good Mexican food. Passed this place so many times. Never again. I highly recommend the Al pastor tacos. My order is 2 asada 2 Al pastor. Phenomenal.. best chicken quesadilla by far if that’s your style as well. Going to pick up tacos 2night. They are that good.
Update on my review. Please check your receipts. The older female will charge you 20% tip on take out orders and not tell you. I order the same 4 tacos every time and the price varies depending on employee. I always tip 20% sometimes 30% then I noticed she was doing this. Yup I will be calling you out my next visit with the receipts that go to my email. Like why even do this… So petty that you treat a loyal tipping customer like this. Btw I do take out because I take my dog to work with me. You can keep your stars I want my extra tip money back to...
Read moreWe recently moved into Bunnell and have been sampling our local cuisine. Word was that if you wanted authentic Mexican food without the trappings of franchise restaurants then this was the place. It is as unassuming as its store front sign….Mexican food. It’s bare bones interior disguise the delicious food you get. Sam,our server walked us through the highlights of their menu. Their chips are made from scratch, light and airy to complement the salsa. Everything was wonderful. Only drawback, no liquor license but beer is available. Enjoy, Steve........fast forward to Cinco de Mayo. Full house, happy families with lots of margaritas and only one table left. We had a fabulous dinner, somehow better then the previous visit and the staff was so accommodating. Thank you to the girls out front and the...
Read moreHavent been disappointed yet with any of the meals. Tastes authentic and is definitely not a westernized menu. The delicious complimentary chips & salsa are made inhouse. Well priced menu. This visit I had the combo fajita (shrimp, chicken, beef). Generous servings of rice, beans, salad & salsa. I liked that the shrimp was cleaned. Varieties of salsas, spices & hot sauces. The guac was freshly made & delicious. Service was very attentive and professionally friendly. The bathroom was very clean. The restaurant is small, but I liked the authentic vibe. Really good simple food and great service. The server mentioned they do authentic menudo & other off menu dishes on Saturdays. Def...
