Wheelchair accessible with some challenges (some booths have limited space between displays & 2nd floor shop, no elevator.) As a vendor: After visiting this place several times as a customer, I have become a vendor. I noticed another review by an antique dealer with several assumptions/accusations about the owner. Lily keeps great records for vendors and once items are sold, we pick up our pay with all the many tags so we know exactly what sold and a printed receipt (posted a photo of my own receipt and tags). Lily's help is a friend of hers so she speaks casually. We, as vendors, sometimes stick around to catch up with Lilly because she is a sweet lady and treats us well. As a customer : Strolled into this place... thought I had died and gone to Heaven. Instead of meeting the good Lord, I met a gal named Lily who explained how the setup works. Basically this is an individualized boutique full of several different vendors and their items. Some of the booths are so well displayed. This store is like none other I have ever been to. If Hobby Lobby sold antiques and prices were 70% off, it would be this place. We love how this thrift directly allows local businesses to show case their vintage and eccentric items. When you enter, if ya see something you like, take it to the front office area and Lily will take tags and write a receipt. There were super cute antiques and refurbished furniture pieces. What I liked most was the way the layout, despite having several different shops in one building, the layout seemed to flow. Be sure not to make the mistake I made, bring cash along to avoid fees. If you do not have cash, there is an atm near the checkout counter. Will most definitely be back. Thank you, Mrs Lily for showing your space and wish you the best as you support the community with your store. *TIP : Go visit the upstairs first because they have smaller items that you can carry down. Then check out the larger furniture...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Lilly Pad has some great vintage items at decent prices. And while I found some great bargains, my rating for this business is more for the shadiness of the owner. Iām a visitor to the area and Iām an antique dealer. Iāve never seen an establishment run with no real bookkeeping at all! There is no cash register. They add up the tickets off of merchandise on a calculator, and no tax is collected. Itās cash only. No itemized receipt is provided. There were piles of tags laying on the counter. Iād never rent a booth in this place as Iām not sure the dealers are getting their due! Most of all the owner sat there ordering around the nice lady that worked with/for her and she was rude to customers. No bags were provided and nothing was wrapped up....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would have. The lady rented my mom a spot upstairs for a while. Then my mom that has issues going up and down stairs, they rented her a spot downstairs. We moved everything downstairs, they even sold my mom thing's to put her quality items on. After a month maybe 2 the owner starts complaining that there is to be only furniture downstairs. So we bring furniture there as well. Then she complained about my mom's prices, said this is Bunnell. This place and the lady running it are a joke. I guess Waterford Crystal is to upscale for this garage...
