I love my new bar!! I have been searching for the perfect tiki bar for my home and just wasn’t loving the options out there. I found Nick’s Tiki Bars and suddenly my dream was a reality!! We spoke on the phone and Nick got me an estimate. I was able to modify my order to stay within budget and text him questions. Then he built me a beautiful custom bar to my exact specifications. It’s just as high quality as it looks online and this thing is solid!! Thank goodness it’s on casters for easy movement. It was finished so quickly too! Maybe 2 weeks? Then it only took a week to ship out. I had it in my house exactly 3weeks from the first call. Amazing! As to shipping, this was coming from Florida and I live in Virginia and the shipping rate was very reasonable. I was in contact with the shippers and they helped me get it in my house. We found Nick while searching the internet for custom outdoor bars for our new patio/pavilion area in our backyard. His custom bars looked beautiful so we left him a message. Nick called us back almost immediately and was very upbeat, professional and knowledgeable. He worked with us on sizing and expediting the build and shipping from Florida to New York to meet our needs in time for an upcoming family gathering. He delivered not only on time but the bar arrived early. His shipper Tito was very pleasant and accommodating coordinating with our schedule. He took great care to wrap the bar well with many blankets and it arrived in perfect condition. Nick's craftsmanship is sturdy, beautiful and functional. What a great experience. Happy for those that had a good experience. We were not so lucky. We ordered a five-foot L shaped bar. We did not receive it when projected and when we called, we were told that they had put the L on the wrong side and asked if we would accept it. We said no because it was on opposite side of what we needed. It was to be shipped to us in two pieces and/or with a video or instructions on how to disassemble would be provided (we paid for this) and disassemble was on their invoice. It came in one piece with no instructions. We asked their delivery person on how to disassemble, and he could not figure it out. Have sent multiple emails asking for the instructions and have not no responses (wouldn't fit through door assembled). It comes unsanded, nail holes throughout the top of the bar...
